Supply and Delivery of decorative cast iron pole of length 4000mm-4500 mm with twin arm cast iron decorative bracket for fixing luminaries and cast iron base of suitable size matching with the foundation with total weight of 165-175 Kg with proportionately distributed load maintaining min.height of the luminaries tentatively in the range of 3750-4000mm from GL , including inbuilt IP66 grade loopbox with 4 way 32A terminal and 6A SP MCB for power connection as per direction of EIC. The pole must have provision with Earthing bolt for fixing GI flat on the body.Entire Pole and decortive brackets should be painted with proper zinc primer and Polyurathene paint of minimum 80 micron thickness (Onsite Warranty for the pole is 3 yrs) (Make Bajaj/Valmont/Transrail/K-lite) (sample designes are provided with the tender documents).
Supply and fixing of decorative hanging type 45-50 watt LED luminaries with Die cast Aluminium body capable of providing minimum 90 lumen/watt system lumen efficiency and 3000 CCT suitable for decorative pole (Sl. No. 1.00) with optical grade frosted PMMA diffuser with inbuilt surge protection 4KV minimum and external 10 KV minimum (sample designes are provided with the tender) LED Module Make: Nichia/Cree/Osram Driver Make: Signify (Philips Xitanium)/Mean well/Osram/Inventronics/Wipro. Rated output power of the driver should be more than the rated power of the LED fitting. Luminaries Make: Bajaj/K-lite/Wipro/Crompton/Havells/Transrail.
Erection of decorative pole of length upto 4.5 mtr including Supply & Fixing 4 nos foundation bolt and nuts, washers etc. as required and providing RCC foundation (600mm X 600mm X 760 mm, below GL 500mm and above GL260mm or equivalent) matching with the base plate of the pole, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick) including provision for entry and exit of 1 no alkathene/polythene pipe through the concrete for street light cable.
Supply & Erection of 16 Mtr High Mast in two sections suitable for wind speed 50M/s made up from HTS as per BSEN 10025 , IS:2062 and T.R.-7 (Technical Report-7)with head frame luminaries carriage suitable to install minimum 8 nos luminaries in asymmetrical arrangement, lightening final along with accessories required such as winch 6 mm dia ss wire rope, two continious rope without any intermediate joint, 5 core 2.5 sqmm ERP insulated pcp sheathed trailing cable, connector,integral power tool motor etc. as required , highmast shall be hot dip galvanized by single dipping method with single longitudinal welding , quality shall be as per ISO 3834-2:2005 (Top dia 150 mm ,Bottom dia min 410 mm,Section 2 nos,Thickness 3mm for top,4 mm for bottom.Base plate 570 mm x 570mm x 25 mm , Pcd -490 mm) with following acessories. (Make - Bajaj / Transrail / Valmont). (1) Baseplate ,Lantern carriage suitable to fix minimum 8 nos Lumineries .Suppy of Foundation bolt : M30 x 850 mm x 8 nos with template and Anchor plate . (2) Double drum winch (Gear ratio-50:1),Power tool motor ,Trailing cables(Make- as per OEM standerd) SS wire rope(Grade AISI 316) Make -as per OEM Standerd,Compensation Disc ,L stopper 2 nos Manual operating Handle Mounting Plates,Lighting Arrestor and Earthing Spikes (MS GI) (3)f LED type aviation obstruction light. (4) Stand mounted feeder pillar with 32 A TPN MCB incomer, single dial timmer, 25 A TP contactor for automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 nos 9A contactor and raise-lower push button etc. as required. (5) GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI medium pipe incl. 25mm x 5mm GI strip connection with earth terminal. (6) High Mast feeder panel made of 3mm thick CRCA sheet for sides and bottom and 5mm thick for top including support structure made from 35mm x 5mm equal MS angle with powder coated painting as directed by EIC. Erection of the high mast has to be done with the help of suitable tools and plants with modern engineering practices with wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of 1.5 sq. mm suitable copper conductor.
Construction of shallow foundation with RCC with dimension (as per OEM standard) for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 7.0 T/sqmtr at 2.2 metre depth with all materials and labour as per T.R.-7 (Technical Report-7). (For 16 M High Mast)
Supply and fixing of minimum 300W LED Area/ Flood light (PDC Aluminium housing) on the highmast, Minimum 120 lumen/watt; and Beam angle 30 to 60 degree with inbuilt surge protection 4KV minimum and external 10 KV minimum , CCT≥ 5700 K; CRI minimum 70; IP 66 and IK 08. Rated output power of the driver should be more than the rated power of the LED fitting.If the driver is of non integral type then the same should also conform to IP66& IK08. The LED Light including driver should operate without failure upto 45ºC ambient temperature. Estimated Life span of LEDs: > 50,000 hours (at designed operating current), Case Temperature of 105 deg C w.r.t Lumen maintenance of 85%, (refer Clause 4 and 10.2 of IS:16103). *N.B: (a)The warranty for the LED decorative light fittings and Flood/Area fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 2.00 and 6.00 has to be provided for 5 years by the manufacturer/OEM,which has to be uploaded with tender documents by the bidder. The Sl. Nos of the Fittings must be mentioned in the Delivery challan on site along with the warranty certificate provided by the Manufacturer/OEM specifying the fittings with Serial number and date. . (b) The bidder should upload LM79 & LM80 Test Report for the offered LED decorative Light & Flood/Area Light fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 2.00 and 6.00 from the manufacturer's /NABL accredited Laboratory failing which the Bid may be rejected. c) For decorative pole (item Sl. No. 1) the bidders will have to upload the proposed design & coloured drawing of the decorative pole with arm bracket with a neat marked drawing mentioning make, weight, section height, thickness & Cat No, if any, matching with the indicative sample. d) The illumination design to fulfill the prescribed condition has to be certified by the Manufacturer/OEM before installation of the light fittings. (e) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (f) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. (g) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
