Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Should be a valid registeration in any of the Central/ State Government Registering Authorities. (As per Tender Document)

Similar nature services costing not less than Rs. 2.00 Crores Rs. Two Crores only) in the last five Financial years.

Firm Should have Minimum Five year Experience in the Civil Engineering Consultancy services

Upload the particulars of the in house staff with qualification particulars, Work Experience.

Having own material testing Laboratory facilities (with NABL Accreditation/ISO certification) or Joint venture with existing laboratory(with with NABL Accreditation/ISO certification). & Ownership documents of materials testing laboratory / Laboratory equipments and Vehicle RC, FC & insurance

Should have achieved the minimum Annual Financial Turnover of value not less than Rs. 800.00 Lakhs (Rs. Eight hundred lakhs) pertaining to consultancy works for any of 2 (two) financial years from last preceding Five years i.e (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25).

Upload a copy of Income Tax returns for last Three years Along with the UDIN number of the Charted Accountant & IT returns forms No.ITR-03/ ITR-04.
