Supply and Laying of 600mm dia (ID) MS pipe by trenchless method across Adyar River near Ekkaduthangal bridge in Depot 168, Area XIII.
Supply and delivery of 600 mm dia (10) with 12mm thick fabricated spirally welded MS pipe as per IS 3588/2001 with Fe410 grade steel conforming to 15 3589/2001 and other allied code. Applying of the cold tar epoxy (anticorrosive) coating inside & outside the Met 190 MS pipe with 406 micron thickness. The rates are including pipe rolling, welding epoxy material with applying, loading, transporting, unloading, stacking at site etc
Laying of 600 mm dia(ID) MS pipe through the soil mass below the Adavar River crossing at an average depth of 60 from the ground level and the MS pipe lowering into the driving pit by using Power Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine (HDD method) adopting Trenchless Technology without infringing and without causing any hindrance to the existing utility. The cost is including bentonite mud solution, provision of required size temporary driving pit, thrust wall and bed esit pit, bailing out of water, crane excavator, Power, consumables and labour, Materials toob and plants, equipment's, mud mixing tanker, etc.
Excavating of driving pit and receiving pit of size 3.00m (length) x 3.50m (breadth), depth upto 5m in all soil including shoring and strutting using 6mm tk MS Plate of size 3.50m x 3.50m usable for 10 operations and providing 16mm thickness MS plate of size 3.00m x 3.50m with 100mm x100mm x 12mm angles of 4m length for holding the MS plates for Thrust arrangements to receive the impacts during pushing operation of encasing pipe. Lowering the following size of MS encasing pipe by using Contractor’s crane and machineries and jointing MS pipes by welding, across the River crossing etc and driving the horizontal bore by pushing / jacking method (trenchless technology method) using contractor’s machineries such as cranes, jacks, jacking materials, generator, welding machineries, compressor, jack hammer and other equipments etc. without interfering and causing any hindrance to the movement of traffic or any other vehicles, without any disturbances to the River crossing formation etc. including bailing / pumping of water where ever necessary without affecting any installation like water supply pipeline/telephone cable, electric cables etc. passing nearby area and scooping the earth inside the pipes and pit and depositing the surplus earth in a convenient place and leveling the site after completion of entire work as directed by Site Engineers. The rate includes the cost of driving pit, thrust bed/wall and receiving pit to the depth of 0 m to 5m excluding the cost of MS pipes.
Hire charges for diesel pumpset for 7.5HP with fuel and crew charges including transportation
Drilling of borewells of size 6" to 8" dia in Sedimentary formation using hand boresets conveyance of hand Boreset including loading and unloading, insertion of casing pipes and allied works as directed by the Engineer at Site.
Charges for hiring and operation of 5hp submersible pumpset to bail out sub soil water through filter points incl cost of labour complete etc
Charges towards Hiring and Operation of 63 KVA Diesel genset including cost of transportation, operator, fuel and lubricants complete etc.,
Labour charges for the erection and of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trial run for 10 days.
i.For removal of centrifugal pumpset/jet pumps/submersible pumpsets and its accessories from bore well/open well 5 HP pump
