Service provider should have minimum 3 years experience in the field of providing man power

Satisfactory completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services of similar nature or Manpower of value not less than Rs. 5.00 Lakhs as prime contractor (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government / Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies)

Achieved in at least one financial years in last five years 2019-20 to 2023-24 annual financial turnover of Rs.9.30 lakhs. (Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant (With profit loss statement)

Service Tax Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

The contractor/man power agency (IF HE HAS BEEN MAN POWER SUPPLIER FOR CMC SIRSI)should provide MAN POWER SUPPLIED SETISFACTORY CERTIFICATE issued by authority.

Provident fund ( PF) Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities) and ESI department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Satisfactory completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services of min 3 Number Manpower (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government / Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies )
