M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer and 3mm thick coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n. exc. 0.5 Cum getting out in soft/ loose soil, and removing surfaces soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation of posts and pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for false ceiling of 600mm x 600mm x 15mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles RH-99 of type micro looks edge laid on super fine XL 15mm exposed grid systems with 15mm wide T- section flanges. The frame work comprises of main runner of size 15mm x 32mm x 3000mm spaced at 1200mm centre securing fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers (GI wire of 4.0mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees of size 15mm x 26mm x 1200mm to be interloched between main runners at 600mm centers to form a 1200mm x 600mm module. Cut cross tees longer than that 600mm to be supported independently. 600mm x 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees of size 15mm x 26mm x 600mm centrally between the 1200mm crosstees perimeter wall angle of size 19mm x 19mm x 3000mm secured to wall at 450mm maximum centres. M&L for applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/ Sqm conforming to IS 3384 laying APP polymer modified membrane 3.6 to 4.0 Kg/Sqm in weight with non-woven polyster reinforcement (mineral gravel finish on upper side of the membrane) and sealing all overlaps of 100mm in length side and 150mm on width side of membrane by torching the same as per manufacture instruction and all as per specified particular specification and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:3) mixed with WPT 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.
