Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, matching to existing of wall surface

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 mix type C2 using 40mm graded store aggregate as in plinth protection and paving finishing cone surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for Forming 65mm deep x 10mm thick contraction (dummy joints), filled with sealing compound grade "A".

M & L preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of primer on external wall.

M & L preparing existing old plastered surfaces of wall and applying a coat of weather paint on external wall matching to existing of wall surface complete.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete in sub base for path/ paving flooring type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) for laying Cement concrete tiles.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 mix ,type B-2 Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair without using extra cement as in path/hard standing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc complete.

M & L for Filleting in any position and to any shape Exc. 25 but n exc. 50 sq. cm in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, brick masonary etc complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in boundry pillars and posts footing etc.

M & L for mild steel work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in angle iron posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, noteching for wire , etc. and including flat iron filletes for securing wire mesh or fence etc. including all necessary bolting or riveting etc complete.

Supply only Chain link Mild Steel galvanisd fencing with 4mm dia weight n exc 3 kg per sqm made up to mattresses with mesh of size 50 x 50 mm as approved & as directed.

Fixing only steel chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any srandards, rails, steel bars, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only for 10mm dia plain round bars for fixing in chain link fencing horizontial including ends of bars hooked conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts machine made with haxagonal head at one end and screwed other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, not exc. 5 cm long and dia of sunk 11 to 15 mm complete comforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for dismantling of barbed wire

S & F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete.

S&F coloured Machine pressed prepolished precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with gray cement and plgment on sand bed.

M&L sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in coping incl necessary use & waste of form work (straight or curved) weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as directed complete.

M&L cement concrete in surface channels and drains type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) complete.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying a coat of cement base paint matching to existing of wall surface
