Supply & Fixing shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 18m, complete all as directed by EIC.

Supply and providing HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed

Fabrication and welding of newly issued MS base plates including drilling holes of required size and apply 2 coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide all as directed by Engineer Incharge. Note: Weight shall be measured as per actual weight of material consumed at site. (Steel issue free by HSL but loading and unloading is in Contractor's scope)

Fabricating of structural steel by straightening, cutting and welding by using departmental suppied all types of steel sections such as plates, flats, pipes, angles etc of any size including erecting in position to line and level and applying two coats of paint over one coat of zinc rich primer, hire charges for tools and plants, other incidentals and all consumables etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: weight shall be measured as per actual weight of material consumed at site. (steel issued free by HSL but loading and unloading is in contractros scope)

Supply of 16mm dia fully threaded GI bolt of 8.8 grade, 800mm long with required nuts and washers etc., complete all as directed.

Drilling of 18mm dia, 200 deep holes into the RR/RCC structures like Walls /lintels etc, using mechanical operated hammer drilled diamond core cutting machine including grouting LOCK FIX of FOSROC make or its equivalent complete all as directed. (The nature of work is at a level upto (+) 8 meters.

Supply and Fixing of precoated, trapezoidal profiled Galvalume sheets for side cladding & Entrance door shutters (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineers In-charge), 0.50mm total coated thickness (TCT) Zinc Alluminium alloy coating AZ 150 as per IS:277/ ASTM/1379 in 550Mpa steel grade, painted with silicon modified polyster 18-22 microns on top 5-8 microns Epoxy Primer at bottom side of the sheet from Jindal / Tata Blue scope / Bushan Steel. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws @ 500mm c/c along the length of side purlins/supports and where ever specified by Engineer of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD/ BUILDEX/ HILTI of equivalent @ 500mm c/c along the supports / purlins and where ever specified by Engineer representative. complete all as directed. (Quoted rate shall inclusive of End & side laps of sheet).

Construction of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) and all materials etc., complete.

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM(1:4) to walls at all heights and to ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Apply two coats of premium quality enamel paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints, Berger where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)
