Repair/Reconditioning of traction motor (6FRA-6068) of 3 phase electric locomotives with modified set of labyrinths at Diesel Shed BGKT for One Year

Similar nature of work as under: As per NWR HQ Letter No NWR HQ0ELECT(LOCO)/1/20 26 dtd 17/03/2026 the following work may be considered a similar nature work for evaluating the minimum eligibility criteria. Definition of Similar Work Manufacturing/ Repair/ Reconditioning/ Rehabilitation/ Overhauling including rewinding of Stator AND/ OR Rotor of Traction Motor of Electric locomotives/ Diesel locomotives/ EMUs/ MEMUs/ DEMUs over Indian Railways.

For eligibility and financial criteria, as per GCC Works Apirl 2022 and Tender Conditions

A copy of self-declaration stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of the affidavit duly filled, signed and stamped to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V. In addition to Annexure-V, in case of other than company/Proprietary firm, Annexure-V (A) shall also be submitted by the each member of a Partnership Firm/Joint Venture (JV)/ Hindu Undivided family (HUF), Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc as the case may be, attached with scope of work document. Sole Proprietorship in case of proprietary firm, and Partnership Deeds, Power of attorney and Annexure-V (A) signed by each partner of the firm in case of partnership firm. In case of Company, Certificate of Incorporation, AOA/MOA, Power of Attorney authorizing the person to sign the tender documents and upload the tender on behalf of company backed by Board resolution etc. should be uploaded. Non submission of mandatory documents by the bidder along with offer will lead to the summarily rejection of his/their bid. Restrictions on the Employment of Retired Engineers of Railway Services Within One Year of their Retirement: The Contractor shall not, if he is a retired Government Engineer of Gazetted rank, himself engage in or employ or associate a retired Government Engineer of Gazetted rank, who has not completed one year from the date of retirement, in connection with this contract in any manner whatsoever without obtaining prior permission of the President and if the Contractor is found to have contravened this provision it will constitute a breach of contract and administration will be entitled to terminate the contract and forfeit his Performance Guarantee as well as Security Deposit. (Annexure-E). Non submission of it by the bidder along with offer will lead to the summarily rejection of his/their bid

I/we hereby declare that I/we have downloaded the tender documents from Indian Railway website www.ireps.gov.in . I/we have verified the content of the document from the website and there is no addition, no deletion or no alteration to the content of the tender document. In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stage i.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.

I/we declare and certify that I/we have not made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments in proof of the qualification requirements.

I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

I/We declare that the information and documents submitted along with the tender by me/us are correct and I/we are fully responsible for the correctness of the information and documents, submitted by us.

I/we certify that I/we the tenderer(s) is/are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of Govt. of India from participation in tender on the date of submission of bids, either in individual capacity or as a HUF/ member of the partnership firm/LLP/JV/Society/Trust.

I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year. Further, I/we and all my/our constituents understand that my/our offer shall be summarily rejected.

I/we also understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be false/forged at any time after the award of the contract, it will lead to termination of the contract, along with forfeiture of Bid Security/Security Deposit and Performance guarantee and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year.

I/We have read the clause regarding restriction on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and certify that I am/We are not from such a country or, if from such a country, have been registered with the competent Authority. I/We hereby certify that I/we fulfil all the requirements in this regard and am/are eligible to be considered (evidence of valid registration by the competent authority is enclosed)

The bidders are requested to ensure compliance of the following points of check list while bidding against this tender.1. Whether the Bid Security /Earnest Money Deposit on the IREPS website has been submitted .2. Whether certificate as per format contained in bid document is attached.3. Whether all the relevant documents pertaining to the composition of the firm e.g. Partnership, Proprietary, PSU, JV, Govt. Department or Pvt. Limited have been attached.4. Whether firm's authorization by way of copy of Power of Attorney, if applicable has been attached.5. Whether all the relevant certificates e.g. GST registration, PAN no. etc. have been attached.Note: Tenderers are requested to study the Tender Document carefully for details of compliances and documents required to be attached with their offer. The check list as above is indicative only.

Tenderer should submit bank details i.e. Name of Bank along with Bank Branch Code, Accounts Number as appearing in the cheque book, IFSC Code and PAN Number duly certified by the authorised official of the bank, to facilitate payment through ECS/NEFT/RTGS. In lieu of the bank certificate photocopy/ scanned copy of a cancelled cheque may be attached for verification of the above particulars.
