Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:5:10 ( 1 cement, 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks masonary 150mm/230mm/300mm thick with Grade-I AAC blocks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Providing and laying damp proof course or coping with cement concrete Grade M- 15 (1:2:4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water proof compound complete as per specification 50mm thick.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 25 mm thick
