Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) all as specified and directed.

75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) Water bound macadam (WBM) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), using granite, trap or basalt, spread, watered and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per ten square metre of paving bitumen on black top surfaces and and laying bituminous premixed carpet, 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 0.41 cum of stone chipping mixed with 21.90 kg of binder of paving bitumen, rolled and compacted to reqd gradient and camber including premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum for sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied & rolled a uniform smooth surface, using 8 to 10 tonne power roller for premixed carpet and sand seal coat, complete all as specified and directed (Note : Hot mix plant and mechanical paver shall be used for mixing and laying of mix).

Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using 4.0 % paving bitumen binder content by weight of total mix in hot mix plant and laid by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity compacted to required camber and gradient complete to uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Design mix shall be got approved by GE before commencent of work. (ii) Add or deduct @Rs 50/kg/cum for each extra / less kg of binder used.

75mm thick (Compacted thickness) moorum, bajri filling in berms laid spread, levelled and rammed including watering to a required gradient amd camber complete all as specified and directed.

Painting with hot thermoplastic road marking materials conforming to Ministry of Surface transport (MOST) specifications 803.4 as laid down in the "Specification for road and bridge work"Third revision, over primer as per manufacturer's instruction including glass beads (Intermix) type-I MOST/BS 6088A and provisions contained in IRC-35-1997, width of road marking strips not less than 10cm and thickness not less than 3mm, complete all as specified and directed

Dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted studs 100X100 mm having 3 round ABS plastic discs containing 21 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour red/white/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12 mm of length 120 mm for fixing on road by hammering complete all as directed. Make cat part 01-01 of Greenlite or equivalent as approved.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

150 mm thick soling (or sub base) with broken or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidate to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.
