Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed :-

(b) Hard / dense soil

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide, exc 1.5m and n. exc 3.0m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point of any type of excavation all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking out LT Cable of any size any dia including HDPE DWC pipe any dia all as directed. Note:- Excavation will be measured & paid separately.

Relaying of LT Cable of any size obtained from item no 5 as per site requirment and making connections as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

Restringing OH line of ACSR conductors of any description which includes replacement 22 SWG aluminium binding wire,removing jumper connections, reconnection of binding wire & jumper connections after restringing complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- Each conductor span shall be measured & paid as one RM length.

S&F in repairs ACSR conductor and strengthening on insulators including aluminium binding wire including reconnecting service connections any type which has been disconnected while dismantling old conductor complete all as specified and directed including dismantling of U/S conductor any type any size.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any size from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LT insulator, PIN type 1100 volts as per IS 1445, grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed. Make;- Elpro or equivalent.

M & L for shackle type insulator as per IS 1445 working pressure in 1100 volts, 100mm height, 115mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white or brown insulator including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31x5mm, washers, insulator bolts of size 14mm dia, washers and nuts, including taking down of u/s shackle insulators complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down MS cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, back plates, hooks etc fabricated from structural steel section from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & erect in repair in position steel tubular pole swagged type as per IS 2713 complete with MS base plate finial tapper plug cap bolt, nut, screws etc all as specified for swaged pole of type 410 SP 31 , 09 mtrs long incl painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint all as directed including removing existing pole. ( Note :- Excavation and earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid separately) Make : Electrosteel/ Indian Pole/ Singh Profiles/ Kalki tubes & Poles

S&F in replacement of old damaged unserviceable battery with box with new battery 12 v 75 AH 3 yrs waranty for solar lights with pole mounting arrangments. Make Exide/Amron/ Luminious

M&L for provision of PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth, platforms, pole coping etc., all as specified and as directed.

Cutting & trimming of tree trunks/ branches having grith not more than 50 mm, falling on or likely to fall on LT over head electrical line for clearence of 3.0 meter on ground from the nearest conductor/pole /earth etc .& disposal of unservicable materials to distance not exc.50 mtrs .& clearing of site all as directed by Engr -in-Charge. Note:- The distance between two poles is measured as one span.
