Supply and fixing medium gauge GI pipes (ISI medium) protection with necessary fitting and jointing materials as required, 40 mm dia GI pipe.

Supply, delivery and laying 3 core 1.5 sqmm flexible wire as per IS 694 (connection for pole to light fixture), Make - Incab / Gloster / Polycab / Havells.

S & F compression type blank complete with brass gland, brass ring and rubber ring for dust and moisture proof entry of XLPE / PVC armoured cable as below, for 4 core, 16 sqmm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE / PVC / Armoured cables 4 Core 10 sqmm by crimping method incl. Supply and solderless socket (Dowels make), anticorrosive pase and joining materials.

Supplying & Erection of mini size feeder piller box of size (918 x 561 x 382 mm) made up of 2 mm thick MS Plate along with suitable MS Angle. The PB have double hinge door at the front & back with suitable locking arrangement. The box will painted by 2 coates of aluinium paint over 1st coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessories. Leg of the Pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (6:3:1). Rest portion covred by 5" Brick Wall with plastering & net cement & bottom portion filled with silver sand and drawing & direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing 415 Volt TPN Fuse with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron frame on wall with nut bolts etc. incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse, 32 Amp., Havells.

Supply & fixing of 240 / 230 Volt, 50 Hz, T. P. Power contractor, (make L & T / ABB / Schneider / Simence / GE) having contact block of the following range, 18 - 30 Amp., 1NO/1NC.

Supply and delivery of electronic driver suitable for 240 / 360 / 415 V, 50 Hz (Make - L & T / ABB . Schneider / Simence / GE / Minilic) of the following time (second )range 3.0 to 30.0.

Supply and fixing Toggler switch (On - off - on).

Supply and fixing of 230 / 240 Volt, LED indicating lamp (Make - AE / KAPPA / IMP), blue / white colour.

Supply and fixing of terminal block.

S & F 240 Volt MCB of breaking capacity 10 KA and C characteristics on Din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection, Make - Havells, SP, 6- 32 Amp.

S & F 415 Volt MCB of breaking capacity 10 KA and C characteristics on Din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection, Make - Havells, FP, 32 Amp.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 mtrs. Long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtr. Long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers including S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection ( 1 mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mtrs. below the ground level as as below : by ISI medium GI pipe.

Supply & fixing of special head type MS loop box (3 mm thick) with connecting bar and other accessories fixed on the top of the pole as required and as per direction of EIC for 3 phase connection.

S & F 240 V MCB of breaking capacity 10 KA and C characteristics on din rail of exisiting DBs and necessary connection. (Make - Legrand).
