Labour charges for painting with zinc chromate primer over steel structurals such as columns, beams, roof trusses, purlin, louvers, brazing, connected platforms, hand rails, staircases, walkways, pipelines, cable trays, steel doors , windows, gates, cover plates, tanks, ducts, scrubber stack, chimneys and equipment supports etc after cleaning the surface complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for painting with rubber based paint (lighty grey) over steel structurals such as columns, beams, roof trusses, purlin, louvers, brazing, connected platforms, hand rails, staircases, walkways, pipelines, cable trays, steel doors , windows, gates, cover plates, tanks, ducts, scrubber stack, chimneys and equipment supports including charges for all tools, scaffolding etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for painting with rubber based paint (dark grey) over steel structurals such as columns, beams, roof trusses, purlin, louvers, brazing, connected platforms, hand rails, staircases, walkways, pipelines, cable trays, steel doors , windows, gates, cover plates, tanks, ducts, scrubber stack, chimneys and equipment supports including charges for all tools, scaffolding etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for dismantling & removing the AC roofing sheet and stacking the material for structural repair work without causing any damage to the sheet and refixing the same or new sheets after repairing works including cost of all labours ,hire of tools, charges for scaffloding etc. complete as per the direction of officer in charge

Providing non- asbestos high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts, 8 mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.
