De-silting/cleaning of area drainage or excavation of liquid mud/soil and removing of excavation liquid mud/soil exc 50m but n.exc 100m and depositing, spreading and levelling complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core with broken bricks of gauge not exc 63 mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 ( Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, cills, fixing of post, water trough etc. including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in path / paving / hard standing / floor and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deep x10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast RCC cover slab, 1:1.5:3 type A-1,(Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in drain/manhole cover slab etc., and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For item No 14 to 17, Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to faces of wall, retaining walls, parapets, railing and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat or curved complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to soffits and sides of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings sun shade, chajja, floors, roofs, landings, balconies etc., n exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cutting, cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly palstered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy duty floor tiles of size 300mmx300mm, 10 to 13 mm thick of (Make: Deccan Natural or Cresto Brown of Somany or equivalent in Johnson/Kajaria/AGL) laid in floors etc. over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre painted, polished chequered cement concrete tiles in floor, area exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 22mm to 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (Old size locally available best quality) with width equal to the length of the brick, laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion Concrete, brick work masonry, etc.and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, N exc 4 kg fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron post & strut etc. in fencing including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165 complet all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing wire mesh of any size or type, made with 4 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Mild steel round barbs 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required for securing chain link fencing cut to length bent to shape required including binding bolting etc complete confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) Part- I quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and diameter of shank 5 to 10mm completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanized two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to RCC / steel post etc., including securing or tying at crossing with and providing of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., (each line of wire to be measured separately) including dismantling of old barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed.
