Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing,curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing Brick jelly Lime Concrete of 1:2:5 (One Lime,Two Crushed stone Sand and Five Brick ielly ) with 40mm hand broken brick ielly for Sunken portions including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush.Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality of PVC rain water down fall pipes having a working pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diametre and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. Supplying and fixing of PVC sliding door with roller for Disabled persons toilet with Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter.

Supplying and fixing Ornamental Burma Teakwood Door as per the drawings and designs approved by the departmental officers. The size of opening shall be 1.80 m x 2.10 m. The outer frames of the door are made of 125mm x 75mm teakwood of best quality. The door shutter frame is made of size 150mm x 63mm. The door panel is double shutter. The door panels shall be of 50 mm thick teakwood planks with ornamental carving designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The lock rail shall be of 200 x 50mm thick teakwood frame. The door frames and shutters are finished with two coats of best quality Malamine polish.The rate is inclusive of best approved quality teakwood, brass hinges, brass tower bolts, brass aldrop, Door Stopper, brass screws, etc., The rate includes cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance charges, fixing charges, carving charges electricity charges and all other incidential charges etc., All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angles of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. Single Leaf

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutters (with ISI Monogram) made of 18/Gx3" lath sections which consist of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below:Curtain shall be of 18/Gx3" lath sections cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron / MS clips. For 8' 0" (2.45m) high rolling shutter lath sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock plate shall be of 10 GMS sheet reinforced with 40mm x 6mm MS angles at the bottom and fitted with heavy latches and locking arrangements on either sides. There should be one handle on either sides. Guide channel pressed guide channels shall be 10GMS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs. 2 springs shall be supplied. System shall be provided with suitable UPVC beading for Glazing of 24.50mm X 16mm for fixing 5mm thick glass and interlocking profile of size 45mm X 36mm, duly cut at correct degree and fitted with EPDM gaskets. Windows has to be provided with varity of security device like touch lock / cresent lock, nylon rollers etc as per the requirements, complaint with relevent specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The complete window shall be fixed into the pre finished opened places, by drilling and fixing through the outter framme using high quality fastners and silicon sealentis applied to fill up to the gap between wall and window frammes for leak proof installation and completition. The above work includes supplying, fabricating and fixing in positionof UPVC along with SS Mesh with shutter arrangements to drain the water extruded UPVC Section of size 50mm X 39mm, wire diameter 0.27kg/m with nessesary accesories such as best quality runners, lock, including cost of all materials, labour charges, electrical power supply for fabrication the windows, drilling holes in nessesary wall wherever nessesary with power driller and made same to yhe original condition after fixing of the windows etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
