Dismantling of 05 Cusecs end suction pumping unit from its base-frame/motor, suction and pump. Dragging up to the loading site, and loaded/shifted to workshop for necessary repairs enlisted as under:- a). Providing and fitting of ball bearings 6310 & 6312 of reputed make. b). Providing and fitting of gland packing c). Providing and fitting of coupling bolts. d). Repairs to the cracked portion of the pump casing by way of welding with cast iron electrodes. e). Repairs to the Damaged cooling fan of said motor of the pumping unit. f). Reassembling the unit after conducting necessary repairs and shifting the same to site i.e. Lassipora LIS, installing and testing on full load.
