Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classicification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking, timbering & dewatering where ever required, stacking the useable & unusable material/soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returing the useable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads and lifts including restoration unmetalled surface to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement: 4 Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry / Polygonal rubble masonry (coursed or brought to courses with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) in all leads and lifts in foundation and plinth complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 Mwith in complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. I) In beams, joists, channels, angles,tees, flats with connectin plates of angle cleets as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters & the like. including all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Distempering with Oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacturing to give an even shade in new work (Two or more coats) over & including water thinable priming coat with cement primer complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge.

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brickstoneconcrete walls for interior plastering up to floor -2 level including arrisses,internal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with in all leads and lifts in C.M 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 sand )

Providing , supplying and Fixing of fencing panels of Size 1.20 mtr x 1.80 mtr of Jali 25x25mm mesh welded to M.S black tube 32 mm dia 14 gauge with M.S flat cover 20x3mm , M.S hold fast 7 Nos made out of M.S flat 32x5 mm including cutting welding painting with red oxide paint complete in all respect.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per H.P.P.W.D specification including all leads and lifts
