Taking down old u/s copper /Aluminium point wiring (Light fan socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring Surface type with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non metallic PVC surface Caping casing /conduit 20 mm or higher dia, ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet (white) top cover, including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly , screwed with screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

All as per Item No 2 above but with 2.5 Sq mm cable (FRLS) for one 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage water heater of capacity 25 to 50 ltr, dismantling inner tank & outer tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with descaling liquid compound, overhauling complete to ensure free & consistent flow of water through pipe outlet, bronze welding of inner tank if required at site, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15mm dia, reassembling the same at existing/new place, testing/commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified & directed. Note:-The defective parts shell be mesured and paid in relivent items saperatively

M&L for painting on external surface with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint after filling cavities with filler, incl writing MES No in front side of outer surface of geyser in sign writing with black colour to storage water heater (Geyser) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only the following parts for geysers 50/25/35 Ltrs capacity of make Bajaj / Racold / Power pack/ Venus or equivalent ISI marked (Make of parts shall be as per make of Geysers) :-

(a) Supply only Heating element 2 KW suitable for operation on 230V AC 50Hz complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Flushing the complete condensing unit of AC refrigirator and dep freezer, evaportar jointing and the compressor suction and delivery and search out leakage and rectify by means of breazing. and delivery tubes and replacement the charging lines. Strainers capillary tube etc rectification of the leakage from the system vaccumising dehydrating oil including testing and commissioning of system complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting suction and discharge gas pipe line and taking out unsv compressor unit from refrigerator of 165/180 ltrs capacity and S&F new sealed compressor unit of same model or approved model of same capacity complete incl commissioning and testing after installation at site complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 104 above but refrigerator of capacity 210/310/320 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of cooling coil and housing of the refrigirater unit of any make.( 280 ltr to 310 ltr) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F relay for refrigerator including taking down old relay complete all as specified.

S&F thermostat unit for refrigerator including taking down old thermostat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pigmy lamp pin/thread type 15 watts 230 volts suitable for refrigerator incl removing old bulb/lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F door gasket for refrigerator (as per sample) incl taking down old door gasket & aligning door after opening from body incl inserting packing, welding, threading etc which so ever required to leave no air gap between door & body and top edge of refrigerator flushing with top surface of refrigerator of capacity 165/175 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable lock from the refrigerator and S&F new lock with keys, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceble freezer defrosting fan from double door refrigerator and replaced with new freezer defrosting fan of same model/capacity 200 to 300ltr ,complete all as specified and directed

M & L for replacement of unserviceble/damage freezer cooling coil assembly complete of existing model of refrigerator 165/175 ltrs capacity all as directed

All as item No 114 above but refrigerator of 280/310/320 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable copper tube from any capacity of Refrigerator, supply & joint new copper tube for charging refrigerant gas in machine complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & charging refrigerant gas R-134(a) charging line on sealed unit of compressor of refrigerator 165/175 LTRS16including crimping and resoldring to charging line, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 117 above but 280/310/320 ltrs R-134(a) non CFC refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed

Taking down unserviceable capillary from any capacity of Refrigerator, supply & joint new capillary for charging refrigerant gas in machine complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable liquid filter/drier from all capacity of Refrigerator, Supply & joint new liquid filter/drier for charging refrigerant gas in machine complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting / taking down carefully ceiling fan from existing position, dismantling, overhauling & cleaning thoroughly, oiling greasing and rehanging after replacing, split pins, check nuts, rubber reel etc and reassembling duly connected with new PVC 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076 complete testing & specified all as directed.

Disconnecting / taking down carefully exhaust fan from existing position, dismantling, overhauling & cleaning thoroughly, oiling greasing and rehanging after replacing, split pins, check nuts, rubber reel etc and reassembling duly connected with new PVC 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of exhaust fan 450 mm sweep complete all as directed

Ditto all as per item No. 122 above but exhaust fan 380/300 mm sweep

Ditto all as per item No. 122 above but exhaust fan 250/225 mm sweep

Rewinding of ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted/cabin/table fan with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size and providing with suitable insulation to fan including replacement of wornout nut, bolt, washers, split pin etc., re assembling and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed for the following type of fans.

(a) Ceiling fan of any Make 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Exhaust fan of any Make 300/250 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Exhaust fan of any Make 450/380 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only following components of fan in replacement of unserviceable item as per item no-109 & 110 all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge : -

(a) Supply only Ball bearing of suitable size for ceiling fan/Exhaust fan of any size and sweep complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd , ± 5%, 440V, AC, 50 Hz after removing old/defective condenser complete all as specified an directed.

(c) Supply only MS Clamps with nut bolts and washers for hanging of ceiling fan of any size complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Supply only bush for ceiling fan after taking out old dry/damaged bush complete all as specified & directed.

(e) Supply only ball bearing for ceiling fan (As per sample) after removing old damaged ball bearing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F blade in repair assembly suitable for exhaust fan 375/380 mm sweep including taking down old unserviceable blade assembly from exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down burnt finned strip heater from winter heating plant of MH & S&F new finned strip heater of capacity 3.0 KW complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 140 above but 2.0 KW complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling winter heating plant of capacity 38 KW (AHU capacity 4600 CFM) installed in OT/ICU of 161 MH for complete overhauling / servicing and refitting in same position after reassembling including replacement of minor repairsComplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge

All as per item No. 142 above but winter heating plant of 10KW (AHU capacity 1400 CFM) installed in labor room of family ward, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Taking out worn out ‘V’ shape fan belt from blower assembly of winter heating plant of OT & labour room and S&F new fan belt of same size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable heating element of any capacity from winter heating plant and replacing the same with new heating rod including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs and connect 3 Phase contactor 32 Amp 415 V with 230 V coil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs and connect 3 Phase contactor 40 Amp 415 V with 230 V coil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs and connect 3 Phase contactor 63 Amp 415 V with 230 V coil complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of EPU of shadow less light fitting, checking & replacing defective parts in electronic printed circuit board, checking & repairing of auto control circuit complete including & testing & replacement of burnt damaged relay etc complete all as directed.

Checking of fault in Electric wiring of New accn area by deputing adequate number of qualified electrician and helper with necessary T&P and safety tools etc and ensure that to restore electricity after rectifying the fault with using minor items of cost not more than Rs. 10/- shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified (complaint shall be part of the bill), replacement of electrical accessories, if reqd are measured and paid separetely in relevant items: Note:- (a) The electrical items reqd to repair fault are measured and paid separetely in relevant items. (b)The fault shall be attended within one day, otherwise recovery will be charged Rs. 50/- per complaints per day. (c) Electrician will take the complaint slip from JE EM and the same will be depositing to JE EM duly signed by Users after completing the job for making payments.
