SPECIAL REPAIRS TO STATIC TANKS AT NAVAL BASE

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type M-30 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc rough finished surfaces of conrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof slab supported on walls, beams and columns in roofs etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and similar work N exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixing TMT (CRS) steel bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6.00 above but 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description any section embedded in concrete, masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.
