Approved Brands: The bidder shall quote only those medicine brands that have been approved for the respective firm by the Railway Board. Quotations for generic medicines or branded generic medicines shall not be considered. 3. Exception: In the event that no valid offers are received from Railway Board-approved firms quoting their approved brands/products, offers from Railway Board-approved firms quoting brands/products other than those included in their approved list may be considered for placement of orders, in accordance with **WCR JPO No. WCR/HQ/OS/GA/206/2020 dated 16.04.2025**.

Have you submitted UDYAM certificate to avail MSE benefit as per WCR's e-TENDER DOCUMENT FOR SUPPLY CONTRACTS Ver. 7.0, applicable w.e.f 31.10.2022.

Medical stores supplied to Railway units should have a stamp or imprint stating for Railway use only and ;not for Sale on strips of Tablets or sealed bottles etc. as the case be.

Drugs / products of human origin should have a certification stating Free from HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C e.g. Immunoglobulin, Human albumin etc.

The material may also be subject to test in Railway/Govt./Govt. recognized Laboratory on random basis or whenever found necessary by the concerned consignee.

Drug Analysis Report of the each batch of the drug should be submitted along with supply.
