Dismantling of 250KVA 11/0.4kV transformer of lift irrigation scheme Zalkhai by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, lower down from bed with the help of JCB, shift it to working place to open lid of the Johnson type transformer.
Providing and fitting of metal part stem with allied fittings of transformer bushings (HV/ LV) as Copper
Providing of transformer oil conforming to IS 335 (Preferred make: Power oil/ Indian Oil Servo/ HPCL)
Providing and fitting of Hot dipped Galvanized MS nuts, bolts and washers of assorted sizes
Supply of Neoprene Rubberized Gasket Sheet 3mm thick
After completion of work, shift transformer to bed with the help of JCB, skilled labours & other tools & tackles. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.
Providing and fitting of 11KV link set of reputed make for lift irrigation scheme Azadpora.
Providing and fitting of 40mm dia brass valve for priming pump at lift irrigation scheme Manzgam.
providing and fitting of 125A MCB for priming pump at lift irrigation scheme Manzgam
Providing of 415V auto reset single phase preventer of L&T make
Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 600KVA voltage stabilizer using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead:
Extra per kilometre for lead >20 kms up to 30 kms
Dismantling of 600 KVA voltage stabilizer by way of opening of top lid, disassembling of voltage regulator, removing all connections, taking out damaged leg after removal of core The job includes draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling.
Assembling of all parts of voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all connections, refilling of old t-oil in tank.
Providing and fitting of finished new electrolytic grade copper strip winding with insulation, varnishing etc for the completion of work
