Preparation of Technology-Enabled Scope 1 & Scope 2 Carbon Emissions Inventory for Technopark campuses towards ESG readiness, covering all buildings and campuses of Technopark, including Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, Phase IV / Technocity and Phase V / Kollam, co-developer buildings (Coming to a total built-up area of approximately 13.147 million sq.ft.) and associated utility infrastructure, including data collection, manual audit / assessment, Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions calculation, emissions hotspot analysis, decarbonisation solution recommendations, Net-Zero Readiness / Strategy Report, SOP preparation, software training, deployment of dedicated digital platform, dashboard / app, AI/ML-enabled data extraction and validation, OCR-based document processing, anomaly detection, RAG-based or equivalent retrieval-augmented AI / knowledge engine for intelligent search, reporting and decision-support insights, role-based access, audit trail, data lineage, yearly Carbon Emissions Inventory Reports, software licence, cloud hosting, platform access, dashboard / app access, AI knowledge engine access and service support for five (5) years, with no additional recurring charges during the said five-year period, complete as per scope of work, specifications, terms and conditions mentiond in the Tender Document No: ETPK/PH-I/2026-27/AT-297
