Special Eligibility Criteria

   Bulk/Full order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized agent having proven performance. The manufacturer firm must have satisfactorily executed at least of 20 percent of total tendered quantity upto date of tender opening against one single purchase order of Zonal Railways/PUs/CORE for the tendered item supplied/executed during three preceding completed financial year and current year upto date of tender opening. For further details Para 2.6 of G.C.C may please be referred.

   The Authorized dealer/agent of the approved vendors/OEM must upload tender specific authorization in proper format [preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached], failing by which their offer will be summarily rejected.

If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/ promoter/owner/holding company decision control etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.

   A] PVC is applicable for the item as per formula : P = Po + 1.2(TB - TBo) + 4.8(D - Do) where Po is basic rate , TBo CIF price of TOBs on first working day one month prior to tender opening date. Do - price of the steel drums on 1st working day one month prior to tender opening date. TB - CIF price of TOBs on 1st working day one month prior to date of delivery. D - price of steel drums of 210 litres capacity on 1st working day one month prior to date of delivery. The base rate will be one month prior to the date of tender opening. B] THE BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO QUOTE AS PER PVC FORMULA OTHERWISE OFFERS WILL BE SUMMARILY REJECTED.
