Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ Manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Hard rock (blasting prohibited)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

PLAIN CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size))

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm down size) mixed with approved brand of water proofing compound @ 1Kg/50 Kg bag of cement, in roof grading, coping, in bed concrete etc. at all heights & depths, including providing centering and shuttering, scaffolding, watering, curing, vibrating, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.

MASONARY WORK

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : (Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand))

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like.(Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand))

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more)

Other Works

Supplying, providing and filling fine sand in trenches in stretches other than normal soil and hard rock (including additional 150mm deep trenching) around mainline pipe for providing a minimum padding thickness of 150mm on top as well as at bottom of the mainline pipe.(28" pipe)

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/ spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. :450 mm dia RCC pipes

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/ spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. :450 mm dia RCC pipes

Providing and laying non-pressure NP-2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :450 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe
