Repair of Submersible Pump to include the following services : - (a) Disconnecting the electric connections of submersible pumping set of capacity of 40 HP from panel board and taking down complete pump set with electric motor and column pipes manually/mechanically, dismantling pump from motor reconditioning the pump set and lowering after repairs as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge & Testing. 01-Each Job Note : The parts to be replaced and repairs as required and ordered by Engineer-in-Charge shall be paid separately under respective items here in after.

(b) Transportation the submersible pumping set from pump house to workshop and back, dismantling the pump and replacing unserviceable parts i.e impellors, bushes, sleeves, shaft and neck ring, rubber bushes ec bringing back to site duly painted with anti corrosive paint all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 01-Each Job Note : Spares such as impellors, shaft, bushes, thrust plates, sleeves, neck ring, rubber bushes etc will be paid under respective items. However the cost of fixing the spars and other machine works required to be done including rates quoted by the contractor.

(c) Supply only stainless steel pump shaft suitable for 40 HP submersible pumping set 01-Each

(d) Supply only Gun metal/bronze Impellors suitable for 40 HP submersible pumping set 02-Each

(e) Supply only MS studs, nuts, bolts, washers for submersible pumping set of required size and for column pipes 08-KG

(f) Supply only Thrust plate suitable for 40 HP submersible pumping set 01-Each

(g) Supply and replacement of Rubber gasket for MS flanges 150mm bore 15-Each
