Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the EIC.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance ,royalty of all materials labour, T&P, etc. complete.

C.C.( 1:3:6 ) using 40 mm size H.G. metal well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.

Fly Ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and plinth using Fly Ash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use with watering, curing including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Crusher broken) including all cost, conveyance , royality etc. complete.

Fly-Ash brick (250 mm x 120 mm x 80 mm) masonry work having crushing strength between 75 kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:6 ) in brick work

Cement concrete M-20 grade with 20mm down graded size C.B.H.G. chips for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying per 1 cum.
