REPAIRS MAINTENANCE OF HT ELECTRIC SYSTEM VCB RMU TRANSFORMER HT CABLE AT HARNI AT AFS BARODA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m depth but not exceeding 3 mtr and 1.5 m wide and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Returing, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm (soft/loose soil) complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed as a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting points.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work as in door or gate of angle or other section with gausset plates, rail, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0.

M&L for cutting chasing in hard standing road/path/drain making holes in concrete wall etc for passing through of cable and making good as per existing by using PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair anti-climbing device fabricated out of 50x6 mm FI 8 mm of 15 Cm long MS bar, 12 mm dia / flat spikes made out to shape all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling old broken PCC coping on existing pole and M&L for repairs PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) for coping of the pole including necessary form work and dismentling of exisiting pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable steel & iron items from poles i.e cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates etc. including nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts , washers , welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete with insulators etc and removing from the site.

M&L for stay assembly for HT poles comprising of 20mm dia, 2.15 mtr long galvanized stay rod , having 7 / 3.15mm GI stay wire stranded and 300mm X 500mm X 6mm thick MS stay plate, complete all as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR, Part-I with and including all necessary fittings/accessories like loop type insulator, shackle & stay clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking out and dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly.

Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable insulators of any description and in any position from HT poles all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators, including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height and 150mm dia suitable for working pressure upto and including 11000 volts grade complete all as specified for HT lines fixed on poles.

Supply and Fixing disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 150 mm height and 150 mm dia ball and socket type white/brown or green two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified for HT lines fixed on poles.

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing HT Poles/Lines all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for supply and fixing of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on HT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out all connections and repairing/overhauling/servicing of outdoor type 11 KV air break gang operated switch triple pole, with Drop out fuse unit mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally , replacement of broken/worn-out components (measured and paid separately under supply only items ), oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts with providing conducting jelly on contacts refixed the same after repair complete all as directed. Note:- Warn out component's shall be measured and paid separately under following items

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of outdoor, gang operated switch (GOD), single throw single break off load type, of current rating upto 400 Amps, nine pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spring, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanized and non ferrous heavily tinned to withstand weather and suitable for vertical mounting with fuse unit carrier of 200 Amps rating and fuse element upto 50 Amps along with rod for expulsion fuses and 3 Nos post insulators for fuses including dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable GOD switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel poles /struts, any size and Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 55), 11 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper , welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole finished with one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work, PCC in foundation and coping, cross arms, danger notice board and anti climbing device shall be measured and paid separately

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable lightening arrestor of any capacity and any description and Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of distribution class lighting arrestor of rating 11 KV capacity and 10 KA NDC (Peak) confirming to to IEC-99.4 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply ,laying, jointing and testing 11 KV (Earthed), aluminum conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cables conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , jointing and testing cable jointing kit of 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sq mm.including taking down old unserviceable one ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured cable of size 50 sqmm to 95sqmm

Replacement of old rusted/worn out wire mesh chain link fencing of any type, size and description including necessary welding ,clamping nut bolt etc including painting with aluminium paint over coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair chain link fencing made out of MS galvanized Minimum 4 mm dia GI opening size 2.5"(approx) all specified and directed

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all specified and directed

Excavating Post holes any type soil (or similar holes)each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling,and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm,watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all specified and directed

S & F mild steel work such as in angle iron flat iron fillets hand rails half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion drilled and countersunk for baluster running bars for doors balusters running bars for doors baluster noising to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc,wind ties for roof including securing bolts post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire including all necessary works complete all specified and directed.

S & F screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each scerwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all specified and directed.

Supply only Tinned copper fuse wire of 16SWG to 22 SWG or 30 Amps to 200 Amps capacity suitable for 11kV supply complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of existing 4 pole structure steel / cement surfaces of steel tubuler / PCC pole 11 mtr long including channels miled steel cross arms ,clamps etc complete and applying two coat of aluminium paint all round the exposed steel surfaces of existing steel tubuler poles of any description and two coat of cement wash weather proof exterior paint on PCC pole in any position above the height of 1.50 mtr from the plinth of of the pole and applying one coat of synyhetic enamelled paint of different colours in strips of 150 mm width up to the height 1.5 mtr from the plinth of pole including writting pole No and other sign works with white paint over black painted base in the patteren and style as approved by the Engineer in charge complete all as specifeied and directed . Note : Size of black painted base for numbering shall be 100 mm x 25 mm and the size of numbers shall be not exceeding 10 cm height.

All as per serial item no 40 here in before but 2 pole structure complete all specified and directed.

Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mat 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2 mtr x I mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Filteration/dehydration of transformer oil through filtration plant to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of the transformer oil upto 60 KV (RMS) at 4mm gap complete all as specified and directed for various capacity of transformers/OCB’s installed at various locations complete all specified and directed.

Supply, filling/topping up in replacement insulating oil EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (R.M.S) at 4mm gap high viscosity in transformer confirming to IS – 335 of 1983 all as specified and directed for various capacity of transformers installed at various locations complete all specified and directed.

Supply and filling silica gel in breathers of various capacity of transformers including taking out old unserviceable silica gel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable breather assembly of any description/capacity and supply & fixing new breather assembly transparent body suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformers of capacity upto 100 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable temperature gauge old type with new temperature gauge of existing specification/Model for transformers of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement and testing externally operated tap changer switch “OFF LOAD TYPE” on HV winding to vary the LV Voltage up to + 7.5% variation limit in steps of 2.5% complete suitable for upto 500 KVA transformers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rubberized cork sheet gasket of 6 mm thickness cut to size/shape for top cover of transformer upto 400 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing with replacement of LT side porcelain bushing for 100 to 400 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing with replacement of HT (11KV) side porcelain bushing for 100 to 400 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

.Supply and fixing with replacement of LT side copper set stem with nut bolts and washers complete for 100 to 400 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

.Supply and fixing with replacement of HT side brass set stem with nut bolts and washers complete for 100 to 400 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only enamelled copper winding wire/strips of superior quality and approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns for rewinding HT/LT damaged coils of transformers of different make, type and capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Transportation of transformer carefully, any capacity, including lifting, loading and unloading, from site of work/ power house to workshop and back after completion of work in workshop, Dismantling and taking out the transformer step down 11KV / 433 Volts capacity ranging from 50 KVA to 315 KVA, pole mounted/platform mounted at darjipura area, disconnecting all electric connections(HT and LT side) including Earthing, taking down carefully and removing the top cover for inspection and then draining of complete transformer oil and taking out the core alongwith HT/LT coils, rewinding alongwith allied material such as cork sheet, fiber glass insulation/ paper insulation/ cotton, ampire tape tape and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts and washers (Brass) soldering and other packing materials etc, heating, varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connecting up, refilling the dehydrated/ filtered transformer oil / top up new transformer oil, reassemble all accesories and refix the top cover nut bolt washer with providing new rubber gasket and installing, recommissioning, the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthing and supporting angles/cross arms etc and testing & preparing report as per the format attached as appendix and maintaining proper record all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note: Spares(other than mentioned above) used will measured saparately.connecting with existing electrical system HT/LT and commissioning complete on load all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for item No 55 :- (i). Winding wires /strips of copper or aluminium, shall be measured and paid separately. (ii). Spares like Breather assembly, Temp Gauge, LT Bushing, HT Bushing, Top up of new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M & L for cleaning & preparation of transformer surfaces of any description, and capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA, in any position and painting of transformers out side with applying two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint after removing all dust/rust and paint must confirm to IS 2032 (latest) including writing the SM No/MES No on transformers with white paint in the existing style/pattern complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Taking out HT/LT UG cable in any position including excavation earth work complete and relaying/rerouting the same cable laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/ surface all as specified and as per directed Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items, in case making re route for relaying UG cable

Supply and lay GI tubing 80 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as specified

M&L for servicing and maintenance of HT VCB 11000 Volt 400 Amp of any make and type at existing site including opening /drawing out the VCB trolly after switching off electric supply testing and maintenance of VCB panel complete with following:- (i) Checking of all mechanical/electrical control systems for proper functioning including spring charging system, tripping system, indication system, vaccum interrupter; cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contacts & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing complete, (ii) checking of Contact Resistance (RYB) and Auxiliary Supply voltage of closing coil, tripping coil, Motor; cleaning & servicing for proper functioning (iii) Timing Test of closing time and opening time, IR value with 5 KV megger before and after HV, (iv) Checking of PT & CT which shall include ratio test and healthiness of the HT and LT fuses and associate circuiting. (v) Breaker testing which inclueds (a)Insulation resistance, (b)Pick up and drop of operating coils, (c) To check IR Values(CT) (d) To carryout polarity test(CT), (e) to check Knee point voltage/ measurement in case of class PS CT (vi) Servicing of HT, 11 KV, VCB, 400 Amps capacity, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 50 KA by drawing out from moving contacts for smooth funcitoning including replacement of tripping and closing coils, 30 volts, DC and servicing of solenoid switch, all as directed, (vii)Dismantling of unserviceable bus bar bushing from existing 11 KV bus bar chamber and supply and fix bushing suitable to match existing bushing complete, (viii) Removing the burnt out fixed contact assembly from the HT, VCB, 11 KV, 400 Amps and supply and fix contact assembly of copper strip all as specified and directed,

(ix) To carryout HV (AC ) Test in open & close condition with suitable HV Kit for both 11 KV VCBs. (x) To check contact resistance (by millivolt drop test or with micro Ohm meter). (Note: Servicing of VCB to be done only by authorised dealer/ servicing partner of Schnider/Areva/Alstom /L&T and CG ( as approved by GE) and proper voucher to be submitted which will be responsibility of the contractor.Strictly No any other unauthorised servicing team/people will be allowed to carry out servicing).

Supply and fix in repair following spare parts for 11 KV VCB,400 Amps capacity of Make: Crompton Greaves, conforming to the respective cat part given as under :-Note :(i) Testing element of following item is deemed to be included under Sch `A’ item No 60 (ii) Quantity of under mentioned items is tentative and contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantity or non execution of any of the item.

Celcius, Tracking Index < 400, Permittivity at 50 Hz - 56.5., flexible tough epoxy anti- track coating with excellent resistance to abrasion, wear, oil, water acids & alkalis, Restores “IR” values & prevents breakdowns, di-electric coating designed to prevent tracking, arcing and flash overs caused by dust and moisture specifically on bus bar end-bushings, inside busbar chamber surface and insulators. M & L for cleaning of grass and bushes around two pole structure and four pole structure, RMU/VCB/Panel area, complete including cutting unwanted ingress upto 6/10mtrX6/10mtr area or area inside chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) The contractor shall bring all the tools and man power for proper cleaning of the area shown by concerned AGE/JE(E/M). (ii) Cleaning job schedule after every two month all as directed by Engr in charge of each installation. cleaning of each installation after each two month shall be measured each job.

Supply and laying 40mm graded stone aggregate on surface with 10 cm depth in side of pole mounted sub station copmlete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for silicone rubber overhead line/ jumper sleeve suitable for 11KV over head ACSR conductor of size 15mm dia, , highlyresistant to aging, erosion and corona, provide protection agains telectrical outages caused by incidental contact from tree branches or wildlife, at the substation protection, high temperature performance, complete to fix on jumper of two pole / 4 pole structures complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for AAAC conductor (All Aluminium Alloy stranded conductor ) 7/4.26mm (dog) size 99.8 sqmm, overall dia 12.78 mm to fix in place of existing jumpers at two pole/ four pole structure complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing at substation, connector any type such as T connector, PG Clamp, PAD connector complete all as specified and directed .
