Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of outdoor, gang operated switch (GOD), single throw single break off load type, of current rating upto 400 Amps, nine pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spring, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. Transportation of transformer carefully, any capacity, including lifting, loading and unloading, from site of work/ power house to workshop and back after completion of work in workshop, Dismantling and taking out the transformer step down 11KV / 433 Volts capacity ranging from 50 KVA to 315 KVA, pole mounted/platform mounted at darjipura area, disconnecting all electric connections(HT and LT side) including Earthing, taking down carefully and removing the top cover for inspection and then draining of complete transformer oil and taking out the core alongwith HT/LT coils, rewinding alongwith allied material such as cork sheet, fiber glass insulation/ paper insulation/ cotton, ampire tape tape and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts and washers (Brass) soldering and other packing materials etc, heating, varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connecting up, refilling the dehydrated/ filtered transformer oil / top up new transformer oil, reassemble all accesories and refix the top cover nut bolt washer with providing new rubber gasket and installing, recommissioning, the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthing and supporting angles/cross arms etc and testing & preparing report as per the format attached as appendix and maintaining proper record all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note: Spares(other than mentioned above) used will measured saparately.connecting with existing electrical system HT/LT and commissioning complete on load all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for item No 55 :- (i). Winding wires /strips of copper or aluminium, shall be measured and paid separately. (ii). Spares like Breather assembly, Temp Gauge, LT Bushing, HT Bushing, Top up of new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.
M & L for cleaning & preparation of transformer surfaces of any description, and capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA, in any position and painting of transformers out side with applying two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint after removing all dust/rust and paint must confirm to IS 2032 (latest) including writing the SM No/MES No on transformers with white paint in the existing style/pattern complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for Taking out HT/LT UG cable in any position including excavation earth work complete and relaying/rerouting the same cable laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/ surface all as specified and as per directed Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items, in case making re route for relaying UG cable

M&L for servicing and maintenance of HT VCB 11000 Volt 400 Amp of any make and type at existing site including opening /drawing out the VCB trolly after switching off electric supply testing and maintenance of VCB panel complete with following:- (i) Checking of all mechanical/electrical control systems for proper functioning including spring charging system, tripping system, indication system, vaccum interrupter; cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contacts & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing complete, (ii) checking of Contact Resistance (RYB) and Auxiliary Supply voltage of closing coil, tripping coil, Motor; cleaning & servicing for proper functioning (iii) Timing Test of closing time and opening time, IR value with 5 KV megger before and after HV, (iv) Checking of PT & CT which shall include ratio test and healthiness of the HT and LT fuses and associate circuiting. (v) Breaker testing which inclueds (a)Insulation resistance, (b)Pick up and drop of operating coils, (c) To check IR Values(CT) (d) To carryout polarity test(CT), (e) to check Knee point voltage/ measurement in case of class PS CT (vi) Servicing of HT, 11 KV, VCB, 400 Amps capacity, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 50 KA by drawing out from moving contacts for smooth funcitoning including replacement of tripping and closing coils, 30 volts, DC and servicing of solenoid switch, all as directed, (vii)Dismantling of unserviceable bus bar bushing from existing 11 KV bus bar chamber and supply and fix bushing suitable to match existing bushing complete, (viii) Removing the burnt out fixed contact assembly from the HT, VCB, 11 KV, 400 Amps and supply and fix contact assembly of copper strip all as specified and directed,
(ix) To carryout HV (AC ) Test in open & close condition with suitable HV Kit for both 11 KV VCBs. (x) To check contact resistance (by millivolt drop test or with micro Ohm meter). (Note: Servicing of VCB to be done only by authorised dealer/ servicing partner of Schnider/Areva/Alstom /L&T and CG ( as approved by GE) and proper voucher to be submitted which will be responsibility of the contractor.Strictly No any other unauthorised servicing team/people will be allowed to carry out servicing).
Supply and fix in repair following spare parts for 11 KV VCB,400 Amps capacity of Make: Crompton Greaves, conforming to the respective cat part given as under :-Note :(i) Testing element of following item is deemed to be included under Sch `A’ item No 60 (ii) Quantity of under mentioned items is tentative and contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantity or non execution of any of the item.

M & L for cleaning of grass and bushes around two pole structure and four pole structure, RMU/VCB/Panel area, complete including cutting unwanted ingress upto 6/10mtrX6/10mtr area or area inside chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) The contractor shall bring all the tools and man power for proper cleaning of the area shown by concerned AGE/JE(E/M). (ii) Cleaning job schedule after every two month all as directed by Engr in charge of each installation. cleaning of each installation after each two month shall be measured each job.
Supply and laying 40mm graded stone aggregate on surface with 10 cm depth in side of pole mounted sub station copmlete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
Material and labour for silicone rubber overhead line/ jumper sleeve suitable for 11KV over head ACSR conductor of size 15mm dia, , highlyresistant to aging, erosion and corona, provide protection agains telectrical outages caused by incidental contact from tree branches or wildlife, at the substation protection, high temperature performance, complete to fix on jumper of two pole / 4 pole structures complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge
M&L for AAAC conductor (All Aluminium Alloy stranded conductor ) 7/4.26mm (dog) size 99.8 sqmm, overall dia 12.78 mm to fix in place of existing jumpers at two pole/ four pole structure complete all as specified and directed .
Supply and fixing at substation, connector any type such as T connector, PG Clamp, PAD connector complete all as specified and directed .
M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt ,nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel besides welding of all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earthwork, G.I.pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of G.I.strip from earth electrode to incl the earth test point supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC 1:2:4 type CI chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia CI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in drawing and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed .
M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip
