DAY TO DAY UPKEEP AND CERTAIN REPAIRS TO SIGN BOARD, MAFI BOARD, RIGID/FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT OF AIRFILED IN TECH AREA AT AF STN HALWARA

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on rigid/ flexible pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with one coat of water based road marking paint (IS-164-1981), (white , orange, black or golden yellow) including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 1.00 but not exceeding 10 cm wide

Repair to flexible surface(depressed portion/cracked portion) by cutting damaged /spilled portion to required depth removing useless worthless all loose and foreigh materials etc to a distance exceeding 100m but not exceeding 500m. Cleaning the surface thoroughly with brushes and finally with compressed air, filling and levelling the surface with EPOXY TAR COMPOUND mortar after priming including formwork where required all as specified and as directed.

Repair to damaged broken cement concrete slabs of runway by cutting to required depth(Minimum 10mm) with cutter or chisel, cleaning surfaces by removing useless worthless all loose and foreigh materials etc to a distance outside MOD land and filling in elastomeric compound all as per manufacturers instructions including preparation and priming of surfaces including use of formwork where required all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of existing DTGM board and fixing new DTGM sign board using air strip reflective trangular shape (hoow) of each side 122x180cm having required circular perforation to ease with wind thrust pressure, bottom square holes on each side for release of accumulated rain water inside the hollow trainagular structure. Marker body from ultra-violet resistant engineer grade FGRP material bound with epoxy chemicls having ribs anti-termite coated wooden in cubes at the top, centre and bottom horizontally 50x20mm size., monolithic structure to withstand high wind pressure, temperature variations from extreme cold to hotest weather condition and not effected by the rain, inside coated with fire retardant antimony trioxide in chemicl base structure supported over three legs of 80mm NB HDPE pipe supported upto the legs, marking on two sides of the sign board with reflective sheet as per Greenlite cat part No -40-03DTGM FG 122x180 complete alll as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick industrial plastic fragile sheet fixed to industrial plastic frame in triangular/ rectangular shape with the help of industrial plastic nut and bolts as in replacement complete all as specified

S&F in replacement 4mm thick ACP sheet 600mmx600mm size including letter numbering with 3m Tape of BP as per site required, fixed to Blast Pen wall with help of 100mm screws & rawl plugs (06 Nos for each sheet) in triangular/rectangular shape etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Green lite, 3M or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F PVC frame of cross sectional area not less than 18 sq.cm or 60mm X 30mm made out of 5 mm thick PVC foam with homogeneous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integeral skin fixed with industrial plastic nut and bolts as in replacement complete all as specified

S&F Retro Reflective tape (any colour) fixed on airfield sign boards complete all as specified. Make : Greenlite/3M or equivalent as approved by GE.

Writing letters, arrows, dashes, lines or figures ( Block, Roman, Italicor Indian) with retro reflectrive tape( of any colour) upto 40 cm high and 4 cm wide in sign boards complete all as specified. Make : Greenlite/3M or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement MAFI sign board outer body of polycarbonate transparant sheet with 4mm thick polycarbonate transparent sheet with acrylic tape for back let baord and cutting letters as per existing MAFI letters fixed on the board. The board should be fixed as per existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Number and shape of letter which are to be cut from the tape should be as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The rates quoted are deemed to be included for polycarbonate sheet, acrylic tape and cutting letters from the tape etc. (iii) Make : Green lite, 3M or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground level) in patches & removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation n. exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5Km but n. exc. 5.00 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Forming embankments of traverse walls/blast pen and runway shoulders etc including raising or lowering earth, spreading in layers not exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming, rolling and finish to required size, shape etc for height not exceeding 4.5m from the base complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground level) in patches & removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia as specified.

M&L providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded store aggregates as in landings, manhole cover slab and similar work and set in cement mortor 1:4 including use of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick M-40 grade, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigments (any colour) laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning, any shape and size confirming to IS 15568-2006 and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sure bond tape 10 cm wide for fixing to runway, MTT & PTT etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
