REPAIR RE SURFACING OF INTERNAL AND APPROACH ROADS INCLUDING ROAD MARKING AND ROAD FURNITURE OF AREA B AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE(I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Material & labour for repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of pre mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm rolled and compacted using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for premix bituminous macadam using bitumen VG 30, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness 75mm or less using mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 30 at 10 Kg. Per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for bituminous premix Semi dense Asphaltic concrete 30 mm average consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder ( using VG 30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm diaa highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yelllow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar cat eyes aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2v/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed all as per manufacurers insturctions complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of old thermo setting road marking paint of size 10cm to 50cm width including Zebra crossing & speed breaker complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hot applied thermo setting road marking paint 1mm to 2mm thick in shapes/signs as required exceeding 10cm to 50cm width (Including Zebra crossing & speed breaker marking), white or golden yellow in colour including preparaton of exising surfaces and glass beads retro reflective type as per ASTM standards complete all as specified and as directed.
