Demolition Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Drain cover, manhole cover, Beam, Slab & etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for precast RCC cover slab for drain and manhole cover at type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) & set in cement mortar 1:6, including all necessary formwork and finishing exposed concrete surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for coloured chequered cement concrete designer tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22-25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement in equal portition and pigments including 20mm thick screed in Cement Mortar 1:6 with grey cement and pigments, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 1:4:8, D-2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 60mm thick coloured rubber moulded factory made machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver of M-30 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 of any colour and design as approved made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved shape, size, colour and pattern, jointed and pointed in grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) tiles, machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, moulding edges as directed and for platform of treee edges complete including 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 as backing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone (machinical crushed) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for forming fair finished drain or channel 80cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, including taking down existing water tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grage St-240, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets including all necessary arrangement and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair MS galvanised chain link fencing with PVC coating weight not less tha 2.50 kg per square meter and dia of wire not less than 2.4 mm wit 1.5mm thick PVC coating and aperture of mesh 50mm x 50mm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members of weight not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair 600mm dia punched type concertina coil as per IS:4454 with galvanised coating and punched type material as per IS:513 deep drawn quality with galavaising coating having medium barbs (bard length 24+1 mm pitch between two barbs 35+1 mm) fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post stretched to a length of 6 to 8mm to achieve 600mm dia as in fencing to steel post and to another coil/MS ribs including fixing with special galvanised fasterners such as J clips, C clips, U clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- After stretching the coil the length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement.

Material & Labour for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., including taking down old unserviceable barbed wire (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick and stone wall built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of cement mortar plaster of any description and preparation of surfaces for receiving new plaster including racking out of joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for plastering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete and stone surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparing of new/pld plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint (acryalic emulsion paint) over coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 50mm thick precast RCC designer jallies type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) (measured solid), including all mouldings etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and complete with joints to match setting in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of water tank of capacity exceeding 500 Litre but not exceeding 1000 Litre removing all scale and dirt etc. by brushing with iron brushes, removing green algae etc. by using bleaching powder, all from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The Contractor will write date of cleaning on tank as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down out (desilting) silt, brick bats debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi solid state from Manholes of any capacites including pumping out sludge wherever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lighning in side the manholes as directed including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lightning in side the manholes and taking down similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc to out side MD land and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line by silt, liquid waste, sludge etc. in solid/semi solid state and suitably disposed off outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out silt, liquid waste, sludge etc. in solid/semi solid state from septic tanks of various capacities and suitably disposed off outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
