M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and providing necessary joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and every change of directions and the joints duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Footings of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, Platforms, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc.] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work such as Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and binding with MS wire as in running bars for chain link fencing.

S & F MS machine made screw bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed other or screwed both ends, fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of neck exceeding 11 mm but not exceeding 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 4 mm dia Chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 100mmx100mm including line wires, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to surfaces of RCC tanks, 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:3, using sulphate resisting portland cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions including necessary preparation of wall / floor slabs by making rough using hacking tools and cleaning the surfaces with wire brush to remove all loose materials and finally washed with water and finishing the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for three coats of sodium silicate solution in a proportion of 1 part of sodium silicate to three parts of water with coverage area of 04 Sqm per one litre of solution duly allowing 24 hours between each coat including necessary preparation of newly plastered internal surfaces of RCC tank by thoroughly cleaning to remove all dust, dirt and other deleterious materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one coat of hot bitumen of industrial grade 85/25 conforming to IS: 702 @ of 1.2 Kg/ Sqm including necessary preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of RCC tank in contact with soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Landings, Cover Slabs [for manholes etc], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 [using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels, benching and drains including forming fair finished drain, top surface of benching or channel of 300 mm inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes [Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete] of any diameter set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 200 mm dia RCC Pipes, Class NP3, laid and jointed with collars laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm dia RCC Pipes, Class NP3, laid and jointed with collars laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing water proofing treatment to roof surfaces by sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions laid to levels finished even and smooth without using extra cement, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment and finally it shall be finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 0.10 KG/Sq.m.complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.11 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, 7 to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Inter Locking Paver Blocks of 80mm thick of approved colour, pattern, shape and size, manufactured with M-40 Grade plain cement concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, Hydraulically pressed conforming to IS - 15658 set in floors/ paths/ hardstandings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors/ paths/ hardstandings including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 500 Cu.m / Day installed at Ashoka Park, Visakhapatnam as provided under this contract under Schedule 'A' Part-I, during First Year after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete by providing services of One Skilled Technician/ Operator [ITI Qualified] [FGM] with 3 years relevant experience and trained in Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant, in one shift [General Shift] of 08 Hours per day including Sundays and Holidays including maintaining conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. and minor consumables and expandable items, tools for smooth and efficient operation of Sewage Treatment Plant to the entire satisfaction of users / department complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the following services also:- [a] To take care of housekeeping, kepping the area up to 20m all around installation aboslutely neat and clean and free from vegetation for environmental cleanliness. [b] To maintain all installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice and maintenance of Installation Log Books and Maintenance Register. [c] Providing proper uniform to the staff employed by contractor as approved by GE.

Comprehensive Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 500 Cu.m / Day installed at Ashoka Park, Visakhapatnam alonwith Non clog/ Clear water Pump Sets and connected pipe lines, Control Panels, as provided under this contract under Schedule 'A' Part-I including all consumable materials / chemicals [Chemical such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite, Catalyst and any other chemical as required, Oil and Grease required for operation of the Plant] during FIFTH YEAR after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Serial Item No. 211 & 212: The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following operation: [a] Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing changing of gland packing, replacement of nuts and bolts etc. during the period of work order. [b] To provide chemicals such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite, Catalyst and any other chemical required, oil and grease required for operation of the plant. [c] To maintain the installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice. [d]The Sludge generated by the Sewage Treatment Plant shall be disposed by the contractor as per manufacture's instructions, OEM directives and as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [e] Spare parts if any, required for Operation / Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant during the currency of defect liability period shall not be included in the rate of this item. The cost of spare parts to be replaced for operation maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant shall be borne by the contractor as per conditions of the contract. [f] Periodical maintenance shall be carried out by the authorised representative of the original equipment manufacture [OEM] of the Sewage Treatment Plant. [g] The Contractor shall be responsible for safe custody of the lab instruments glass work. Shortage, breakage etc. and the cost shall be borne by them during Operation and maintenance. [h Electricity and water for operation of the plant will be supplied by the Department free of Cost.
