SCHEDULE `A' ( CIVIL WORK) Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructionscomplete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new/untreated surfaces/ of walls and applying two coats of colour wash over a coat of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 complete all as specified.

Dismantling of corrugated asbestos cement in roof coverings including ridges, removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing and removal of unserviceable pipe from work site,15 mm bore dia all as directed.

Supply and fixed ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 gms complete , screwed for 20 mm bore dia. pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltr capacity and setting aside (or lowering if required for cleaning and repairs etc. and refixing in its original position complete all as directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and in taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 1500 mtr and not exc. 2000 meter including roughening of old concrete surface of roof , cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing liquid compound @ 300 ml / bag of cement in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to `V' section (shape) in existing roof slab / terrace and cleaning out and filling solidely with cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as dirceted

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.) (iv) Treatment shall be done by authorise applicator of the firm (v) Cutting groove in brick wall 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep and sloping horizontal face of groves with cement mortar 1:3 (vi) APP water proofing work shall be carried out through from authorized applicator of manufacturer and approved by GE in writing.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating Roof Guard in 4 coats of application:- (a) apply primer coat with primer @ 0.3 Kg /sqm, (b) Over primer coat apply water proofing fibre reinforcement a length of appox 1 Mtrs @ 0.75 kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of water proofing coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of primer @ 0.08 kg/Sqm after seconf coat dried properly. (Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duly approved by GE in writiing.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes ( salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete/SWR ) set in cement mortar of 75mm/100mm dia bore and removal of unserviceable pipe from work site,all as directed.

Supply and fixed of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary clamps complete all as specified including taking down old unserviceable pipe including fittings.

Supply and fixed of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed for 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bend of any radius for PVC (SWR) pipes, fixed to walls complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) 110mm bore junction single 'T' equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) 75 mm bore junction single 'T' equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC (SWR) branch piece, single ‘Y‘ equal or unequal Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore of any radius without acess door complete all as specified
