S&F 0.63 mm thick corrugated, galvanised, mild steel sheeting having Zinc coating 120 gms per square metre with two corrugation side laps, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type cranked bolts in roof covering (Horizontal distance of side lap shall not be less than 145mm and depth of corrugation shall be 12.5mm), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth asfixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed. ,

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq.cm & over section, any position in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class soft wood, as in scantling and similar work, clean sawn (framed/unframed) timber fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secu-red with nails, sectional area exc. 13 sqcm but n.exc. 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n.exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surface of steel of any description, over 10cm width or girth not other wise described and appliying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & celling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets of any thickness, including cover fillets complete all asspecified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6mm dia GI adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. Flat 40 X 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterns 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 8mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid both side laminate complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in CM, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid, coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid, coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class HW (Sal/Hollock) factory made, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) 35mm thick with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneers on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class HW (Sal/Hollock) factory made glazed and skeleton shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge, etc. (w/o sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing gauge sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) for door shutters S&F to chowkats, complete all as spfd and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old burnt out bulk head fitting any type and installing new 10W surface mounted LED Bulk Head luminarie with ABS body & polycarbonate diffuser, 6000K, IP54, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Polycab Cat Part No PID0102001 or equivalent in makes as mentioned in Appx 'C'.

Taking down ceiling fan, any size and sweep from its position after disconnecting electrical connection and transport it to workshop for servicing, dismantling for servicing including removal of bearing, bushes, condenser, connector, flaxible cord, split pin etc if required removing old grease and refill fresh, lubricating bushes alongwith new washers, cleaning and washing fan blades, fan body etc with soap solution after repairing re- assamble the same and transporting from workshop to any location in Alhilal Mil Station and fixing to position/ location as directed by Engineer-in-charge, connecting to electric system, testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: -(i) Replacement of parts/rewinding shell be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transporting fan from any location in Army Area to MES store & taking down unserviceable/ defective parts. (iii) Item such as bearings, bushes, capacitor, shaft etc required for replacemen shalled be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Material and labour spray painting of ceiling fan, fan blades, down rod, canopy etc with a coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of old painted surfaces, cleaning etc and printing the MES fan numbers in block letter of dimension 15mm x 20mm size etc with black paint complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to 4mm dia galvanized iron wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete with 15mm dia light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel including char coal dust, salt, PCC 1:2:4 in pit with precast RCC M-15 cover reinforced with XPM not less then 4.00 Kg per sqm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, returning filling in complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated, testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. Supply, laying commissioning & testing cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq.mm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, sand cushioning & bricks shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F 40mm bore galvanized iron tubing, light grade including all fitting for cable protection elc laid in floor, trenches or fixed to poles with clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.
