Taking down repairable/unserviceable security light/street light luminaires of any type complete with all accessories from 09 meter pole high pole etc. for carrying out repairs by replacing the unserviceable spare parts when required incl. cleaning/servicing of the fittings and refixing at its original or a new location on poles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but from 11 metre high pole complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but post top lanterns/gate lights/ garden /area lighting luminaires /glow sign boards /post top lantern etc of any type,complete all as specified and directed. Note for Ser item No. 1, 2 & 3 (i) Spares parts required for replacement will be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule as supply only. (ii) The contract is of repair/maintenance nature & needs to be carrid out on regular basis. Contractor shall arrange the resources accordingly & address all the complaints within 48 hrs of intimation by concerned JE's / Engr-in-charge failing which a penal recovery @ 200/ per day per compalint shall be made from Contractor's due payment .

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole, 11 mtr long and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) upto a height of 1 mtr from the ground level and two coats of aluminium paint over the remaining portion of pole including cross arms, bracing, clamps, etc. and numbering of pole with black paint over the base of white circle of 150mm dia completed for inspection complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole, 9 mtr long and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) upto a height of 1 mtr from the ground level and two coats of aluminium paint over the remaining portion of pole including cross arms, bracing, clamps, etc and numbering of pole with black paint over the base of white circle of 150mm dia completed for inspection complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of feeder piller and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE cable insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable heavy duty with stranded alluminium conductors,1100 volt grade, 10 Sqmm, 4 Core as in trenches/fixed to wall/pipe etc incl taking oput old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including Spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying of bricks locally available sub-class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the directon of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry fine sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to earth wire 4 mm dia GI wire with mild steel nuts bolts checknuts & washers and connected to equipment as directed incl funnel with Gi medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore , wire mesh , charcoal or coke and commn salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 50 mm thick precast RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars @ 15 cm c/c with suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar , 15 mm bore medium grade pipe for earth lead protection incl necessary excavation and earth wok in soft / loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down earthing strip any size from wall/roof/floors/any structure,complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of serviceable earthing strip of any sizes ( Retrived from item No. 24 above), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for copper strip 20mm x 3.15mm (conform to IS) as earth continuity conductor for mesh earthing or connection upto test point including J or L roof screwcomplete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground as earth continuity conductor for mesh earthing or connection upto test point including dyna roof screw complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour GI tube light grade 40 mm for protection of UG cable including dismantling of old unserviceable pipecomplete all as specified and directed.
