FURNISHING WORK Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37 mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5x25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS : 2095-Part 1

Gypsum Step Ceiling : Providing and fixing Gypsum Step ceiling with width/ depth less than or equal to 300 mm as per approved design.Frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 ,ie, perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 and 30 mm long to be fixed as per design intent and thick 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS : 2095-Part 1 to be fixed on to the framework using 25 mm long drywall screw.Finish the joints using jointing compound and joint tap as per manufacture specification. Grid type false ceiling :- Providing & Fixing of grid type false ceiling with armstrong tile,Model: Classic Lite RH99 Armstrong. (Classic Lite tiles with Rivel edge black groove grid frames) and armstrong suspension system as per standard specifications of Armstrong world industries including providing cutouts for light fittings, etc. complete.

Toughened Glass : Providing and fixing door of 12mm thick Toughened glass door (Saint Gobain) with dorma Aido XLC 4000 patch fittings (Floor Spring, Top patch, pivot Pin, Bottom patch) dorma Center lock and handle 24".Including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour, etc complete.

12mm Toughened Glass Partition with plywood frame : Providing and fixing 12mm thick Toughened glass(Saint Gobain) Partition System (upto a height of 300cm ) with 12mm ply and 1mm lamination as per design intent.Including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour etc complete.

Etching Sticker Work: Providing and fixing Etching Sticker as per design intent using suitable adhesive as per manufacture's Specification.Including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour etc complete.

Providing partition wall 80mm/100mm thick using plywood of thickness 12 mm double layer, with a plywood core.Finished with 1mm white or theme lamination on both sides. No quantity is measured in running meter and Quantity is measured only for partitions below the false ceiling.Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing 4mm ACP in existing aluminium frame work, as per the specifications and drawing. including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing flush doors with 32mm block board and 6mm glass as per design and specification finished with 1.00 mm lamination on both sides, the width of the door 75cm/90cm. Use ISI. S.S 304 hardware fittings including locks, handles, hinges, stoppers, door closer, etc. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete.

Cladding over the pillars, and solid walls using 12mm PVC board of 0.6 density and finished with 1mm lamination, as per the specifications and drawing. including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing plywood shelves 45 CM WIDTH provide, hinges, and 8" concealed handles with multi-lock using 19mm block board for the door. Finished with 1mm lamination on both sides. Shelves using 19mm plywood and 12mm PVC board of 0.6 density for the backside. Finished with 0.8mm lamination for the inner sides and 1mm lamination for the outer sides. Quantity is measured only below the false ceiling. Drawings &specifications are given along with. including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete.

Making a cash counter unit with Framed in 80mm and 100mm thick partition wall including all sides of cash counter as per drawing made in 12mm double layer, with a plywood core and provides 12mm toughened glass beveled and polished for the front and sides, fixed to the side partition of the counter as per design Provide keyboard tray, cable manager, CPU stand, leg stand, fixed in SS 304 - hardware fittings including locks, tower bolt, and handles. Provide currency reader near cash chest with glass in tabletop and light point with LED bulb, cash drawers, and shuttered cabinets with locks and handles for the counter and 19mm Nano white granite for countertop with side polished. . Finished with 1mm wooden and white lamination on the outer side, and 0.8mm lamination on the inside. An etching sticker should be provided for the glass area as specified. Making table for tellers,manager,senior accountent,auditor,area manager etc, as per design and provide 19mm Nanowhite granite for countertop with side polished. The counter is framed using 19mm- marine ply with a drawer,shelf, keyboard tray , cable manager , CPU stand , leg stands using 12mm plywood, lock,handil,hinges, etc are constructed as per design. Finished with 1mm wooden and white lamination on outer side and 0.8mm on the inside. including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete.

Making side credenza 120x40x60CMs using 19mm and 12mm-ply wood Finished with 1mm wooden and white lamination -on the outer sides and 0.8 mm lamination -on the inner sides. Making a paper desk for the customers 65x40x50cms in dimension dimension with a 19mm nano white for the tabletop. All faces of the table using 12 mm plywood, finished with 1mm lamination. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and fitting ready made pin-up notice board(120x90)cms with aluminium frame and velvet core including cost of materials, fitting charges etc. complete

Pantry Counter, :- Providing table type pantry counters 60 cms wide, 75 cms height, with table top, front apron, vertical dividers 19 mm BWR 303 grade plywood. 5x3 cm wooden frame to be given horizontally below inner edge of counter top for the entire length of the counter. Wooden foot rest of 7.5 x 3 cm size .Counter top to be provided with 20 mm edge bevelled and edge polished granite (jet black). All external surfaces 1 mm laminate finish and internal surfaces with enamel finish. 10mm thick beach wood lipping for all plywood edges.

Wicket doors with Both side Mica:- Providing and fixing 30 mm thick single leaf solid core and resin bonded flush door water proof quality with 1 mm thick lamination on both side external wooden lipping all round the shutters, all as per drawing and instruction. the doors and lamination of approved make, colour and design including all best quality hardware, brass hinges, lock etc;. complete.

Door Closer: Supplying and fixing 'everite' make hydraulic door closer including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for fixing, etc. complete as per directions of site incharge.

Dressing table - Supply/ installing wall mounted dressing table with glass mirror as per detailed drawing. Outer sides should be laminated and inner sides painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer & two coats of putty. (Size of table with mirror-50x45x140)

Floating glass shelf for trophy in Managers room :- Providing 12mm thk edge polished glass shelves of size 100cms length and 20cms width fixed to the Back wall in Managers cabin using adjustable glass shelf supports of SS finish (EBCO/eqlt) The spacing between the glass supports shall be 40cms or as per manufacturers specification.

Rate for trenching of wall/ floor with covering the same with cement mortar 1:4 mix. In line level. Rate should be inclusive of making necessary holes including core cutting as required for taking out copper piping, electric cables upto the Outdoor AC Unit. Complete in all respects with finishing.
