Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Monosub 7000GPH X 40 MH along with allied electro-mech equipment at pumping station Jugrial Base. The pumping Machinery should conform to relevant ISO with all latest amendments. The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves. The job includes carriage/shifting of pumping machinery & allied material from stacking place to site of work on H/L & by M/T . Installation by way of providing /fitting of one small nipple of GI pipe with both ends threaded, fastening of one end with suction of pump & other end with strainer. Fabrication of stand of angle iron for resting of monosub. Then lowering of pumping assembly & existing GI pipe nipples into the intake well with help of manual labour. Providing /Fitting of sub cable 6 mm2–30 mtrs from busbar box to control panel (at intake well) and 4 mm2–30 mtrs from control panel to motor with proper thimbling/insulation. Providing and fitting of Automatic control panel of suitable capacity for operation of monosub pump motor set mounted with safety devices such as single phase preventer, high voltage/low voltage, under load/overload protection. Providing /Fitting of nut/bolts, washers & sundry items. The job also includes topping up of transformer oil 100 ltrs. in 250 KVA electric transformer and replacement of damaged link set at electric substation. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding charges & carriage charges at site.The Job also includes checking continuity of electrical circuit & testing of monosub on load.
