Interconnection of 33KV Main Bus Bars of 220/132/33KV S.A.S. Sub Station Pilibhit and 132/33KV A.I.S. Sub Station Pilibhit by 3 No. 33KV 3x400 mm2 size XLPE Power Cables (including 1 No. Spare Cable) alongwith other associated Works, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumable, T&P etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Details below.

(1) Erection of Lattice type Aux. Structures (2 No. ABL) including their Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site. (1 No. each ABL type Structure at 132/33KV A.I.S. Sub Station Pilibhit & 220/132/33KV S.A.S. Sub Station Pilibhit)

(2) Erection of 33KV Bus Isolators with Post Insulators on above Structures including their Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site. (1 Job for each Bus Section Isolator at 132/33KV A.I.S. Sub Station Pilibhit & 220/132/33KV S.A.S. Sub Station Pilibhit)

(3) Fabrication of Support Structures with the help of Scrap M.S. Angles (to be Provided by the Department Free of Cost) for Vertical Support of 2 No. 33KV 3x400 mm2 XLPE Power Cables to be Connected with above Installed 33KV Bus Section Isolator each at 132/33KV A.I.S. Sub Station Pilibhit & 220/132/33KV S.A.S. Sub Station Pilibhit. (1 Job per Structure)

(4) Grouting of above M.S. Support Structure with due Concreting etc. in front of above Bus Section Isolator each at 132/33KV A.I.S. Sub Station Pilibhit & 220/132/33KV S.A.S. Sub Station Pilibhit. (1 Job per Structure)

(5) Painting of above Grouted M.S. Support Structures with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is done & Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac make in Smoke Grey Colour after due Rubbing with Sand Paper & Wire Brush. (1 Job per Structure)

(6) Providing & Laying of 3 No. 33KV 3x400 mm2 size XLPE Power Cables (including 1 No. Spare Cable) in 33KV Power Evacution Cable Trench between 33KV Main Bus Section Isolator at 132/33KV A.I.S. Sub Station Pilibhit to 33KV Main Bus Section Isolator at 220/132/33KV S.A.S. Sub Station Pilibhit. (Approx 200 Meter Length of each Cable)

(7) Providing of Outdoor End Termination Jointing Kits and Making the End Termination Joints of the above Laid 3 No. 33KV 3x400 mm2 size XLPE Power Cables to Connect the Cables with 33KV Main Bus Isolators installed each at 132/33KV A.I.S. Sub Station Pilibhit & 220/132/33KV S.A.S. Sub Station Pilibhit.

(8) Cutting, Straightening & Laying of M.S. Flats to be Provided by the Department, 500 mm below the Ground for Earthing of the Support & Aux. Structures and Power Evacuation Cable Trench to Connect the same with Main Earth Mat including Excavation of Trenches as Required and its Back Filling etc. as per Details below : (a) Earthing of ABL Structures & Cable Support Structure with 50x6mm size M.S. Flat.

(b) Earthing of Cable Trench with 25 mm × 6 mm / 25 mm × 5 mm size M.S. Flat

(9) Painting of above M.S. Earthing Strips with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is done & Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac make in Bus Green Colour after due Rubbing with Sand Paper & Wire Brush, as per Dtails below : (a) Painting of 50 × 6 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour.
