Supplying roofing compound and bitumin washers for closing leakages from the bolt holes of AC sheet/GI sheet roofing and ridges,replacing damaged bitumin washers pasting and covering with roofing compound,tightening J bolts, nuts etc complete.(rate shall be inclusive of cost of bitumin washers, GI washers, Roofing compound and labour charges and charges for tools and plants etc.) The work is to be carried out at roof of godown at a height upto 12 metres from ground level after observing all safety norms.

Supplying and pasting tarfelt sheet one layer of approved brand (STP or equivalant ) over broken AC sheet roofs/GI sheets, ridges,gable wall joints,valley gutters,sides of parapet etc after cleaning the surface to which tarfelt is to be pasted and applying bitumastic roofing compound (Shalibond CS or equivalant.the rate shall include labour charges,scaffolding complete as directed by engineer in charge.The work is to be carried out at roof of godown at a height upto 12 metres from ground level after observing all safety norms.)

Cleaning masonry drains of width 25 cms to 60 cms and depth up to 60 cms, including removal of silt and rubbish, cutting and removing grass and other vegetation from the sides of drains and disposal of rubbish within a distance of 150 mts.etc.complete.

Extra for taking out RCC cover slabs (50 mm thick) of drain carefully without any damage and keeping the same in position after cleaning the drain etc complete

Cleaning the main drains and cleaning outlet,including removal of silt, rubbish and removing the grass and vegetation from the side of drain for a width of 1mtr as including clearing the road cross etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning valley gutters incluing cleaning the slope roof of godown inorder to prevent blockage of water and cleaning both end spouts etc complete

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of : Asbestos sheet (Item No 15.28.2 of DSR 2023)

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.(Item No-12.8 of DSR-2023)

Reparing/Servicing rolling shutters such as removal of top covers tightening/ loosening the springs adjusting the dislocation of parts if any and applying grease to the springs side guides ( 0.40 kg greese/ shutter) after cleaning and refixing the cover in position etc as directed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below. Item No.15.12.1 of DSR 2023

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. Item 9.121 of DSR 2023

Providing and fixing to existing door frames.30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.Item 9.122.1 of DSR 2023.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Item 14.85 of DSR 2023.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg /sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm (DSR 2023 item No 11.46.2)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (DSR 2023 item No 8.31)

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps (DSR 2023 item No.17.7.1)

Dewatering the well using pump set and manually removing silt , clay etc from the bottom of the well, cleaning the walls of the well, disposal of all debris etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (The work is carried out after following all the safety norms) (the rate shall include all labour, hire charges of the pump equipment, scaffolding etc).

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
