Construction of Govt. High School Lapiana at Sub Tehsil Harchakian Distt. Kangra

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depth of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers band, facias and eaves board including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone filling with hard stone of approved quality under floor including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size on ground in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in toe wall etctera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section/ clause 800,900 & 1200 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x 600mm (Six hundred into six hundred millimetre) Double Charge vetrified tiles of Restile /Nitco /Rak /Kajaria / Orient -Bell /AGL / Simpolo /Johnson / Somany of approved shade and design, in flooring laid on a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mirror polished 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick Kotah stone and white marble flooring minimum Size 55x55cm (fifty five into fifty five centimetre) in 70 : 30 (seventy isto thirty) ratio as per flooring pattern of approved shade as per detail slab flooring over 20 mm (twenty millimetre) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement isto four coarse sand)complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing factory made ridges or hips having proper gola shape 60 cm (Sixty centimetres) overall with 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheets of Tata / Sail / Reliance / Jindals steels in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm (Six millimetres) diametre and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of Tata / Sail / Reliance/Jindal riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing andfixing angle iron Door ,window, clearstory window and frames manufactured from steel iron section of 40X40X6mm, thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50X25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechical means, lugs with spilt ends tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick provision for locking arrangements and shock absorber as specified and appliying a coat of approved steel primer after pre treatment of the surface including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
