Note : 1. Quantity indicated in BOQ is the Total Qty required for Baroud OCM & Jampali OCM ,bidder has to execute the work for half of the Qty in each Mines . 2. Structurals such as tees,angles channels and R.S. joists & M.S Plate only to be supplied by SECL. 3. Drum will be provided by contractor . 4. Contractor has to supply all other necessary material (GI Pipe, MS Round bar etc nut bolts , rivets etc. ), required machines (welding machine etc. ) & other consumables (welding rods, Cutting Gas etc.) at site . 5. Contractor has to ensure proper float of float-structure in Sump .

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in buildup sections, trusses and framed work , including cutting , hoisting , fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Note : Structurals such as tees,angles channels and R.S. joists & M.S Plate only to be supplied by SECL. Remaining materials will be provided by contractor

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two or more coats on new work

Providing, fabrication, cleaning , checking of leakage & fixing of drum in 60 drum Float

Providing, fabrication, cleaning , checking of leakage & fixing of drum in 15 Drum Float

Installation of Pump motor set on 60 Drum Float and submerging the whole assembly in sump and testing and commissioning of float strucutre with necessary bend , footvalve, 8"/6" pipeline connections etc.

Installtion of 15 drum float structure and submerging the float in sump

Providing of water suction/discharge rubber flanged hose pipe 8 inch dia, 6Mtr length and 25 bar pressure

Providing of water suction/discharge rubber flanged hose pipe 6 inch dia, 6Mtr length and 25 bar pressure
