NOTE: In case of deployment of labours less than the stipulated requirement, recovery at double rate of the applicable minimum wages for the deficient labour strength shall be made from the contractor’s running/final bill.
NOTE: Contractor shall arrange necessary tools & tackles, PPE kits such as safety helmets, reflective jackets, masks, barricades, safety cones, caution boards, etc. and all other required safety arrangements for safe execution of work as per site requirement as directed by EIC & following traffic laws.
