Hi steel clip in false ceiling system with steel tile square or beveled edged (600mm x 600mm) manufactured cut of 0.5mm thick polyster coill coated galvanised steel having 180 grams zinc coating. Coil coated steel tiles shall have 20 micron polyster coated finish on front side and back coat of 5 micron alkays primer Two sides of each tile shall have raised and piped and stopped to ensure postive engagement into the spring clip in profile allowing for demounting of individual tile. The rigid suspension system consits two rows of 0.50mm galvanised steel clips in profile of size 38 mm installed at 600mm centre to centre spacing to support the tiles. Wall suspension angles of size 24mm x 24mm and 0.4mm thick are suspened from the roof structure by GI ceiling brackets. Wall suspension angles are made of coil coated steel matching the colour of the tile. They are jointed to the clip in-profile system by hold on clamps.
