Supply of panel of 1000mm(width), 2000mm(height) and 600mm(Depth) having panel light , door closing switch , Fan , rear Mounting plate for device, gland plate , base plate, Instrument earth strip, panel earth strip, 2 nos front door with lock and key, 48 core Single mode Fiber LIU with pig tail and SC connector etc as per technical specification.
Supply of SS double compression gland for 2.5Sqmm twisted triad annealed Copper armored Signal FRLS cable
Supply of rack mounts industrial 24V, 40A ORing Diode as per technical specification.
Supply of rack mount industrial 24V, 20A universal power supply as per technical specification
Supply of Din rail mount indicating type fuse TB as per technical specification.
Supply of 500mA Glass fuse.
Supply of 50mA glass fuse.
Supply of dual output 4 to 20mA Signal P&F Isolator.
Trench cutting in hard/soft soil including road cutting upto 400mm depth and 400mm width and concrete same after laying of cable. This is also included laying of 100mm PCC layer before laying of cable . Water curing after concrete in the scope of vendor. 1 part of Cement, 2 parts of sand, 4 parts of aggregate shall be used for concrete. Supply of Cement, Sand , aggregate and Water shall be in the scope of vendor.
Laying and termination of 2.5Sqmm twisted triad annealed Copper armored Signal FRLS cable as directed by EIC. These cables shall be laid on trenches, GI pipe, HDPE Duct ,wall surface / ceiling and on structures etc by proper clamping arrangement as directed by EIC. Any material required for clamping of cable Including cable gland shall be in the scope of vendor.
Installation of panel , termination of cable , installation of power supply, oring diode , Isolator Supply and installation of Double pole MCB for isolation of each input and output of power supply . Installation of Fuse Tb and fuse , Installation of LIU Supply and installation of PVC cable tray in panel. Laying of panel wiring etc
