Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in renewal CPRI approved starter panel in modular combinable thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosures of size 1400 mm x 1400 mm x 470 mm suitable for outdoor application with mounting arrangement on PCC foundation, confirming to IP 65. It should be shock proof, safe, weather proof, uv resistant, halogen free, silica free, collision proof, protection class 2 totally insulated having internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry from bottom through glands or grommet, flame retardant, self extinguishing. Bus bar system impact strength IK 08 in accordance with DIN EN 50102. The starter panel shall have provn for future expansion and shall be modular construction. The busbars shall be connected with ‘C’ type clamps without drilling the busbars. Make - Hensel / Rittal / Emittor / GE Power (Location - Sewage pump No 1) with following incoming & outgoing controls:-

One number 4 Pole MCCB 160 amp, 415 V, 36 KA (Icu=Ics), 50 Hz with micro-processor release and rotary handle. Make - Siemens / Legrand / Schneider

Note for item no 1 & 2:- (i) All items / components / accessories which are useful and necessary for efficient working of the starter panel shall deemed to be included in the item irrespective of the fact whether such items are specifically mentioned in it or not.

(ii) Starter panel shall be consider in CPRI approved starter panel in modular combinabel thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosures at detailed planning stage at discretion of competent engineer authority within the cost ceiling without any revision of A/A.

Supply and install commissioning, submersible pump set three stage, NRV size 5" (125mm) voltage 400 + 8%, 55 mtr head out at discharge 110 M3 / Hr, 2900 RPM including suitable star delta starter, NRV submersible cable from starter to pump, arrangement for providing ms fabricated stand in sump including connecting from delivery side of pump to existing rising main header with 125mm bore heavy duty Galvanised iron pipe upto 15 RM flange nut bolts etc all as directed at site. Make:- KSB, Crompton Greeves, CRI & CRI or LUBI Kirlosker, Calama.

Supply and install commissioning and testing Non clog submersible pump of 12.5 HP sewage pumpset electric driven 415 volt, 108 m3 / hrs head 18 mtr Cl casing pump, impeller Cl, shaft Cl, 415 voltage 50 Hz 1440 RPM protection IP 68 suitable for raw sewage with 5 mtr lifting chain inclusive suitable starter star delta with connecting suitable cable and testing (as per existing cable). Make:- KSB, CROMPTON GREEVES, CRI & CRI or LUBI, Kirlosker, Calama.
