[ for 01 (one) year ]

House keeping of structures (i) Nivedita Bhawan & Derozio Bhawan, DJ-8, Sector-II, Salt Lake, Karunamoyee, Kolkata-700091 ; (ii) 77/2, Park Street, Kolkata-700016; (iii) Kanchan-jangha Bhawan, P.O. : North Bengal University, Dist. : Darjeeling–734134 ; (iv) Iswar-chandra Bhawan, Goods Shed Road Tinkonia, P.O. & Dist. : Purba Burdwan ; (v) Kerani-tala Chak, P.O. & Dist. : Paschim Medinipur including all the rooms, W.C.s, urinals, wash basins etc. in the toilet blocks by scrubbing using vim powder etc., including removal of stains if any by using dilute HCL / Harpic including disinfecting with phenol of approved make in the proportion specified by the manufacturer, including providing naphthalene balls 3 nos. in urinals and 1 no. in wash basin and replacing the same every fortnightly, including removal of chokeups in wash basin, urinals, W.C's, sewage chambers etc., including cleaning of other areas of the structures such as stair case, corridor, lobby, offices, rest rooms surrounding area of the buildings, etc. by sweeping and mopping up using phenol of approved make in the proportion as stated above including disposal of the swept material to the nearest dustbin etc. All labour & material etc. complete. Note : The toilets are to be cleaned twice a day (also as when as required an emergency basis) and other areas such as stair case, lobby, corridors, offices, rest rooms, surrounding area of the building to be cleaned once in a day. All fans to be cleaned once in a month. Cleaning of walls / ceiling of offices, rest rooms etc., shall be carried out fortnightly.
