Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately) (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately) (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted above.

S&F 50mm dia GI tubing medium grade galvanised,with all fitting as in sunken floor etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L 50mm thick PCC,C1 (1:3:6, using 20mm graded stone aggregates for covering pipes laid in sunken portion all round including painting with anticorrosive paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. M&L Injection grouting in RCC slab cast/laid to the slope as directed/as per site conditions. After RCC slab is laid, cured and fully set, water shall be ponded in the sunken slab portion as per specified ponding test. The location of seepage/leakage, if any, shall be identified and marked. The portion of the slab where leakage/seepage is observed shall be repaired with grouting at contractor's expenses. The area of dripping/leakage shall be cleaned to expose the surface. Mark the spots for injection grouting. If leakage is through a crack, mark grouting points along the crack in a staggered manner. If the leakage is across the area mark grouting spots in a grid pattern. Drill grouting holes so as to neatly fit the injection packers. Drilling to be done at an angle of 45 to the plane of grouting surface. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in the low viscosity, polyurethane resin/epoxy grout using a grouting pump. Repeat the process after 1 or 2 days if the leakage continues at some point. allow to cure for 24 hours and seal the grouting holes appropriately using epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and as directed. M&L 15mm thick plastering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 in 2 coats (10 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for storey incl all necessary scaffolding etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge (WPC shall be mesured and paid seperately).

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for storey incl all necessary scaffolding etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge (WPC shall be mesured and paid seperately).

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed incl all necessary scaffolding etc. Make :- Asian Apex, Berger Weather Coat, Dulux Weather Shield

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brickwork finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall incl taking down of old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Prepation of old decorated wall surface for receiving textured paint with following layers of treatment. (a) Apply one coat of primer to the prepared surface using white. M&L APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping old paint with steel wire brush or by any means, washing the surface throughtly and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer complete including necessary scaffolding for any position/height all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. M&L for water proofing treatment by cleaning the RCC terrace by removing dust, dirt etc. with grinder. Identifying the cracking, damaged IPS & filling the same with polymer Modified Mortar using MASTERLATEX, cement, sand in the ratio of 1:2:4, applying two coats of 'Techcoat-white' @ 2 Sqm/Litre in 2 coats with DFT of 80-90 Microns on primed surface by using spl grade of 'Techoxy-3', Cure the surface for 48-72 Hrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
