Provision of catering services through General Minor Unit (GMU) at PF no. 02 of Prayagraj-Chheoki (PCOI) Railway Station for a period of 05 years

3.3Minimum Annual Turnover(essential) For GMU at A1/A/B class stations the bidders must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profit and loss account or Income Tax returns of previous three (3) financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Financial standing (essential) For GMU at A1/A/B/ class stations the bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs. 3 Lakh in the previous three financial years.

Turnover of the bidder from catering business in the preceding 3 financial years to be uploaded as format attached as Tech-1 in tender Document .

Average financial standing of the Bidder in the preceding 3 financial years to be uploaded as format attached as Tech-2 in tender Document .

3.2Experience of Catering Business(essential)3.2.1For GMU at A1/ A category stations, the Bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of catering business experience.3.2.2For GMU at B Category station, the Bidder should have a minimum of three (3)years of catering business experience. The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality/ food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement.

3.1Legal Status of the Bidder (essential)3.1.1The bidder should be either an individual or sole-proprietor firm or a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 or a Partnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932.The bidder shall furnish self - attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAAR CARD.

Domicile of the bidder with reference to the location of the GMU (desirable) Preference will be given to the bidder having domicile certificate for the municipality/ district / state under which jurisdiction the stations is falling as per the scoring criteria in the Techno- Commercial bid document. Self-attested Proof of domicile to be attached.

Additional Mandatory Requirements3.6.1 All additional mandatory requirements have been enlisted at Annexure A/ 2, Chapter 1 of Section B the Bid document. This includes Permanent Account Number, GSTIN Registration, FSSAI etc.

3.7.2The Bidder shall have to upload notarized affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper in prescribed format as annexed as Annexure A/9 for verification of documents/credentials submitted by bidder in support of eligibility criteria of Tender. Non submission of Affidavit, tender application shall be summarily rejected. Format of affidavit may also be downloaded from https://www.ireps.gov.in.
