S & F Powder coated (minimum 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Thickness of aluminium section shall not be less than 1.5 mm).

S & F powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, EPDM rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. and anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stay 150mm long (01 No), hinge type B-21, 100mm long (02 Nos) and suitable size of handle complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium powder coated windows frame with shutters sliding pattern consisting of two tracked frame and 02 shutters (2 shutters glazed) using standard medium weight section of weight not less than 0.55 Kg/RM including glazing with 5 mm thick sheet glass fixed with suitable EPDM rubber beading and necessary handles/locking arrangements for shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium powder coated windows frame with shutters sliding pattern consisting of three tracked frame and 03 shutters (2 glazed shutters and one mesh shutter) using standard medium weight section of weight not less than 0.55 Kg/RM including glazing with 5 mm thick sheet glass fixed with suitable EPDM rubber beading stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm , and necessary handles/locking arrangements for shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware.
