REPAIR AND MAINTENENANCE OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AND 3 PHASE AS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS UNDER GE (A) No.1 JODHPUR

Material and Labour for attending Complaints and detecting any type of Electrica/ Mechanical fault at central Ac plant, package type AC plant, casette Type AC ,chiller unit, Duct Acs, AHU, cooling tower and any type of fault in condenser/cooling tower motors of any HVAC and its allied electrical repairs at different locations under GE(A) no.1 Jodhpur and carrying out necessary Repair at site by replacing unservicable spares unscrewing from position, complete all as specified and directed . NOTE : necessary transportation to bring the taken down parts and else. Necessary items required for fault detection such as Nitrogen Gas, Vaccum Pump, Clamp meter,Oil Sensor, Moisture Meter, Temperature Sensor,Vaccum Sensor, Gas Sensor,Lux,Thimble and Cable Upto 1 Mtr are Deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and Labour for servicing / cleaning /testing of Water Line, Chiller line, Condenser Line, Electrcial panel, checking loose connections complete of capacity 120 TR complete with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts and reassembling the same after complete repair with accessories as nut, bolts, washers etc installation on existing foundation coupling with existing electrical motor with proper alignment including testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note :- 1.Servicing work done by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction 2. Servicing Work to be caried out twice in a Contract Period.

Material and Labour for servicing and testing complete of 5/7.5/10 TR compressor package type unit with and restartng ,fixing the same after complete servicing with accessories such as nut, bolts, washers etc. including testing, commissioning complete to the entire Satisfaction of Engr-in-charge Note :- (i) Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction.2. Servicing Work to be caried out twice in a Contract Period.

Material and Labour for servicing and testing of water line, chiller line,condenser line, electrcial connections complete of 25/30/35 TR compressor package type unit with and restartng ,fixing the same after complete servicing with accessories such as nut, bolts, washers etc. including testing, commissioning complete to the entire Satisfaction of Engr-in-charge Note :- (i) Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction. 2. Servicing Work to be caried out twice in a Contract Period.
