Repairs to 300KVA voltage stabilizer unit no.02 at lift irrigation scheme Manzgam at site by way of removing all incoming and outgoing connections, then opening the lid of voltage stabilizer, taking out assembly carefully from container without any damage with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles.

Providing and fitting male & female bush cup to 300KVA voltage stabilizer.

Providing and fitting of 20mm LT brass bush rod to 300KVA voltage stabilizer for incoming & outgoing connections.

Replacement of damaged insulation of connection leads with new one with the help of skilled labour, other tools & tackles, cotton tape, etc. for the completion of work.

Assembling of all parts of voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all incoming and outgoing connections.

Repairs to 400 KVA H.T/L.T transformer of lift irrigation scheme Manzgam by way of opening the lid of the transformer with the help of skilled labour, then replace damaged bush rod of brass having weight one kg of one L.T & H.T phase at site , then fitted lid back to its actual position by way of tighting nuts & bolts. & tested transformer on full load.The job also includes cleaning of H.T bush cup to remove carbon by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean.

Repairs to ATS starter/ Main control panel of lift irrigation scheme Seer, Janbazpora I &II, Nowshera, Novla, Khadniyar by way of replacement of damaged Ampere meter 0-500A with new ones at site ten no’s with the help of skilled labours , other tools & tackles for the completion of work. The job also includes tighting of all connection leads from panel to starters to stabilizers to motor with the help of skilled labour. The job also includes providing of spare thimbles of size 400 sq. mm Aluminum (05 no), 240 Sq. mm copper (04 no), 185 sq. mm Aluminum (4 no), 300 sq. mm Aluminum (03 no) for lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla, Delina Main, Kanispora to use it during emergency.
